Amazing
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️
AAnonymous UserThe location and environment are very good, the room is also very large, although it smells a bit like old wood, it is quite clean, and the sister in charge of contact is also very enthusiastic, the experience is very good.
NNgar Sze GraceSpacious room. Decent setting with comfortable bedding and huge tv. Dim lighting but cozy. Bring your own toothbrush and slipper to save world. Excellent location at the middle of CBD close to shopping, restaurants and airport transportation. Right at the drop off point of Whistler coach so easy to settle in even with ski gears
JJanez VoDear Hotel Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team.
Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically:
I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey.
Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience.
Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome.
I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.
Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring high-quality service and hope this feedback helps uphold the reputation of your brand.
GGuest UserIt's worth it and the hotel is very good. The atmosphere is like a castle, beautiful inside and outside. The room key card is made of wood. There is a large swimming pool. You can leave your bags before checking in and after checking out. The location is also very good, not far from Canada Place. The luggage storage staff helped us very well even though we had many bags to leave. If I have a chance to go to Vancouver again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
GGuest UserIt was the best hotel I stayed at during my honeymoon. It was really nice and the facilities were very comfortable. I used the services well.
BBetty CCCWe only stayed for one night. It had two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. The space was very comfortable and fully equipped like a home, with microwaves, coffee machines, instant pots, stoves, refrigerators, desks, etc.
There is a TV in each room and the living room. There are makeup mirrors and bedside tables in the bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery outside the windows is very good.
The bed was very soft. I originally thought it would be too soft to sleep on, but I ended up having a good sleep until dawn. It was very comfortable.
The location is great and very convenient for shopping. There are many stores downstairs where you can buy food. There are McDonald's, Japanese ramen, and Zhenzhudan across the street~
The Chinese restaurant next door to Zhen Zhu Dan also has great food. The boss is very polite and will chat with you and recommend delicious meals to you.
GGuest UserThe room we were in backed onto the nightclub located beside the hotel. Friday night I was able to sleep with earplugs and block most of the bass out but Saturday night was louder both the music and dj. Sadly the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I had a spring in my hip and it was concave in the center. Our daughters tried to stay overnight on the pull out sofa and the mattress on it was next level awful!! The restaurant Morriseys next door has an amazing new chef and their fish & chips was amazing!! You get a 25% discount at the restaurant with your stay at the hotel. Overall the hotel was mostly clean, and the staff were friendly and polite.
AAGM03The location was good, not core Downtown.
Staff was pleasant.
Easy check in and check out.
Room was clean, with enough towels and toiletries.
Fridge was empty, no complimentary water - I later realised this is a Vancouver thing.
There is a restaurant by the lobby, where you'll get a 10% discount only if you show your key and you are eating in.
The ambience was good, lovely staff especially YuHi.
The food was amazing, never had mashed potatoes that much before 😂.
GGuest UserGreat location. Convenient to get anywhere in the downtown core. Staff is nice and friendly. It wasn't that noisy at night as what I expected. There maybe party people walking in the hallway and talking late at night. But it didn't last too long and wouldn't quite affect the sleep. You cannot ask too much for a hostel like this. Recommend for solo travelers and people need a short stay in the Van City.
