The location of the hotel is very cost-effective. It is not far from important attractions and commercial streets. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and answer all questions. The hotel has a rich breakfast, highly recommended

I stayed 3 nights at the Gomerino. The hotel staff is absolutely fabulous. They help you in all you need instantly.
The staff is 5 star, very kind professionals. The view from the roof top terrace is exceptional, the best view in Valletta. The terrace is incredible.
Unfortunately the room is not reaching my expectations. It’s just very noisy. Every single foot step from above can be heard in your room. So at night and in the morning I felt very disturbed and uncomfortable because of this. I had to call reception several times to ask the above guest to keep it quiet at night. The room is very dark and just not for my taste. The bed was ok I asked a double bed but they supplied my with 2 single mattresses put together.

Quite simply, if you are visiting Valletta look no further. The hotel is located perfectly for visiting all sites of interest and is staffed by the most professional and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is a big plus. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough.

The rooms, pool, breakfast, staff, experience are amazing. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony on arrival which was very lovely. Looking onto the Main Street but so quiet at night. As a light sleeper this was fantastic. The pool is beautiful and plenty of sunbeds. Pool bar good value too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Malta. Have this as your base and explore from there l. Bolt taxis are very good value €11 for 15 min travel which is pretty much everywhere in Malta. My husband and I looked at all the hotels. We moved to Mdina for a few nights and disappointed with the place and hotel. Mdina is very small and a tour is an hour tops. He gomerino is the best honestly I am rarely this impressed with a hotel.

What a pleasure to find this hotel, great location in town Valletta , the roof top garden was spectacular, great views of the harbour, lovely small swimming pool, drinks & snacks service. What else could you ask for, terrific stay, can’t wait to return.
