It was simply perfect ! The hotel is beautiful, central with the terrace of your dreams ! Thank you to all the staff of the hotel who was lovely! The 3 reception staff was incredibly kind, helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast team was perfect to start the day with and the restaurant waiters made the evenings very pleasant (to the Argentinian waiter, the recommended oil and sfogliata were wonderful - I couldn't wait the evening, and thank you for the jazz recommendation which I hope we can try next time!). And most importantly, thank you to the incredible room service team who made wonders everyday in a record time.

Both Moul and Maria are exceptional!! They went above and beyond to make sure my stay in Malta was nothing short of phenomenal. Had a fantastic stay at this hotel and will be back for sure. I would highly recommend this hotel and area of Valletta!

What a lovely boutique hotel this is. Back to real traditional exceptional service, in a beautifully restored building. Lovely rooms - we had premium corner room which had a large bathroom with a separate bath and walk-in shower. The room decoration is so tasteful. A glass of champagne on arrival (or a soft drink if you prefer) is offered and we took ours up to the wonderful rooftop outdoor terrace. Great breakfast which is ordered from a menu - so no buffet. The hotel is really suited to adults which was perfect for us as we travelled as a couple for a special birthday. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons, a banner, petals on the bed and a great piece of towel art in the form on a birthday cake - as well as a lovely bottle of fizz. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back. Maria was a delight to deal with, both pre-departure and on arrival. I also had a lovely spa treatment with Juan which was amazing. If you are considering a stay in beautiful Valletta, then book this hotel - you won't be disappointed. I'm a travel agent and have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is a really genuine review of a delightful hotel.

Well-run hotel. Splendid accommodations & service. Staff at all levels goes out of their way to help, make your vacation better. In the middle of everything - all walking distance. Very hard to imagine a better place to spend your vacation!

The place is exquisite and perfectly located in the best part of Valletta. The hotel is finished with taste in-keeping with its heritage with original items adorning the walls and rooms restored to their former beauty. This adds value to experiencing how it felt to be living in Malta's capital city. The roof terrace was our favorite spot during the weekend where we could watch sunset and gaze at the open sapce around and activity going on below. And to top it all, the warm welcome we received on our arrival, a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy on the roof terrace, and the kind and prompt service offered makes the hotel worth all this praise.

Enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location in Valletta, easy access to buses, boats and taxis. The GM Moul has a great team, lovely welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. They gave us brilliant tips on restaurants, helped with planning our itinerary each day ensuring we made best use of our time in Malta. Breakfast was delicious. We liked the balcony area and were lucky enough to hear a concert in the adjacent Opera site. Very memorable holiday.
