3-Star Hotels in Valencia

I have read a lot of bad reviews, but this is our experience: -Hotel staff: 100/100 great attention! Very pleasant, they resolve anything (we were without a loader and we were charged the phone). The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. -Cleaning: everything was in perfect condition and cleaning was unpolluted. The beds were quite comfortable. Soft coats and cotton fit. Haves pool and padel track. Unquestionably an experience we will repeat

The hotel is pretty good if you are only there to sleep, as there really aren't any amenities worth staying there for. I found that the air conditioner in the rooms leaves a lot to desire. I tried fiddling with it and could not really get it to work like I like it. For a business traveler the WiFi is not really that great especially during the day, and where your room is might make a difference. It is slow to upload anything, and there isn't a business center. In the cafeteria area there are lots of wall plugs so that you can use your computers there after breakfast is over. The area where the hotel is, is mostly working class residential, so there isn't much to see. There aren't really any good restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant, they do have vending Machines, and a free coffee machine available 24/7. Be aware that the most touristy areas are about 10 to 25 minutes away by cab/Uber. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good, typical Spanish breakfast you find in most hotels of this range in Spain. The only thing I though was great is that they had a fresh orange juice machine, although the juice comes out at room temperature, those of us that come from the USA might have to add some ice. By the way, when you go to a any restaurant make sure you specify that you want cold water because if not you will get water at room temperature. Overall if you are looking for a cheap clean hotel in an AMAZING city, you might want to check this hotel out. This is great if you are the type who gets up early, eats breakfast and goes out to explore. There is no gym, bar, restaurant, pool, or lounge in this hotel. The hotel lacks a business center as well. If you are looking for any of the amenities I mentioned then look elsewhere, there are many great choices in this beautiful city, otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy qll that this city has to offer. The hotel is warm, the room is not big, there is a shopping mall with Carrefour supermarket and science museum next to it, breakfast can be considered as not too much, the overall price is moderate.

Location, breakfast, staff good. Cleanliness needs improvement. Good: Very comfy location to go by foot or by bus to any sights. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around. Surprisingly good and well managed breakfast - lots of fresh produce, fruits, bread etc. The staff was super nice and helpful, recepcion, restaurant made me feel welcome. Bad: the rooms are dates and not clean. The floor, bathroom were dirty (beds and towels were ok), lots of black mold in the bathroom. A tip to hotel - buy the simple toilet cleaner with clour and leave for a few minutes on mould. It will disappear. Generally the hotel is really dated, especially the bathrooms. Overall, for this price is ok. Just need to clean the bathrooms and floor much better.

The triple room in this hotel can accommodate three single beds. The toilet and bathroom are set separately. The hotel also gave a welcome drink when checking in. You can choose a glass of white wine or orange juice. There are many free parking spaces on the roadside, which is very convenient.

We took the bus to the hotel, it was very convenient, there was a supermarket next to it to buy things, go to the restaurant on the direction of Metro Line 7. The hotel is not big, the front desk service is warm, and the check-in is directly done in advance. There should be a room available. A total of 3 waiters were met. English was very smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and big, the pillow was uncomfortable 😔, the air conditioner was started for a while, it was very noisy. The TV location is particularly close, very close to the bed, and it is very uncomfortable to look up. The bathroom space is also very large, that is, the nozzle and the toilet flush are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool, you can take a towel at the front desk, you need a shower cap, the water is very cold, and the two waves of foreigners have frozen away, haha. Very clean, there is a sauna room (to make an appointment at the front desk before use, it should be preheated). The front desk temporarily bought a drink, 2 euros a can, not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room can be used, and there is a bottle of mineral water.

If Ikea did hotels it would maybe be like this. Simple, practicable, smart, functional and modern. Rooms are big with laminated floors than also travelled up some walls. No cupboards which is why the rooms look much bigger though the hanging rails worked perfectly but could have done with being a shade or two bigger/longer. Large walk in shower that was perfect relief on those very hot days. Coffee capsule machine available if needed. Breakfast was fine with a wide European-styled range of foods. All the staff appear to have been on a 'keep the customer happy' course which made the stay even better. We were on the second floor facing the road so it was noisy sometimes at an early hour so maybe a higher floor would be a better choice. Basically, a good tourist hotel I would recommend for its proximity to the main area for food/drink/attractions and not far from the metro station. It is manned 24x7. The air-con being locked seems unnecessary but there may reasons for this. The little bedside tables(?) look very Ikea-ish but are not that practicable for storing your gear. So, all in all, not a lot of to complain about really. Ideal for your Valencia holiday.

I cannot issue a running invoice, and Ctrip has not been able to assist in the solution. I hope that the follow-up process will be completed.

Didn't stay at the hotel but went here for an evening meal. We went during the Fallas so wasn't hopeful of getting a table but we were wrong. The staff were extremely efficient and we were seated and served very quickly considering how busy they were. We shared a Valencian Paella which was delicious. Good food at a good price.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cosmo. The location was fantastic--steps away from the main attractions and a broad choice of restaurants. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, with a good shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The best part was the staff--kind and helpful. We were warmly greeted by Marcel and received excellent advice from Lena at the front desk and great service from Maika and the bar tender at the restaurant. We are deeply grateful for this enjoyable visit.
