Llamativo que viviendo en Valdivia hace algunos años atrás y conociendo el Dream, sea pura fachada y se pierda su encanto. No funciono el aire acondicionado, no fue reparado adecuadamente y además su política de cobrar el estacionamiento es un desastre.

Estadía excepcional. Desde tu llegada, te reciben con una amabilidad y servicio increíble. Te sientes cómodo como en casa. Libertad a todos los servicios que ofrece el Hotel. Un ambiente ameno y relajado. Un vista hermosa y comida espectacular. Agradecer cada detalle y a cada uno de sus colaboradores que hace posible q se cumplan todas las expectativas del huésped. Es lamentable que unos de los hoteles más Caros de la ciudad, te cobren aparte el estacionamiento. Más de 125.000 por noche, pero el estacionamiento lo pagas aparte. Ni en una Residencial te cobran!!!

El servicio es de l a media para abajo, la comida,de un restaurante común. No existe relación precio calidad, instalaciones normales. SKY bar, mal servicio, lento, meseros despreocupados...jamás se acercaron a ofrecernos algo mas.. Mucho que mejorar para sus valores. No lo recomiendo.
