Appena tornati e ne sentiamo già’ la nostalgia, abbondantemente sopra le nostre aspettative, dalla cucina veramente ottima,al personale di sala sempre disponibile e attento, alla reception accolti sempre con il sorriso e attenzioni nei nostri riguardi (come con tutti naturalmente) e un particolare ringraziamento ad Annalis un vero vulcano di energia,proprio una bella persona,che ci ha deliziati con tutte le attività’ proposte dall’ hotel. Toller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war hervorragend – eingespielt, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Trotz meiner entzündungshemmenden Ernährung hatte ich keinerlei Probleme: Das Essen war fantastisch, liebevoll zubereitet und hat köstlich geschmeckt. Ein großes Lob an den Koch und das gesamte Team! Der Spa-Bereich war sauber, entspannend und einfach ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Auch die Damen an der Rezeption waren stets hilfsbereit und freundlich – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!

Wir sind so froh, dieses Hotel gefunden zu haben. Es ist ein echter Gewinn. Wir hatten ein Panoramazimmer mit HP gebucht und es keine Minute bereut. Empfangen mit einem Glas Prosecco, konnten wir gleich den sehr guten Service und das freundliche, familiäre Personal kennenlernen. Das Zimmer groß, gemütlich, mit einem schönen Blick aus Tal. Das Bad groß, das Bett bequem. Nun zum Essen, was keine Wünsche offen lies; sehr gutes frisches Frühstückbuffet, ein Nachmittagsbuffet mit Kuchen, Schinken, Käse etc. inklusive, ausgesprochen nett. Jetzt zum Abendessen, jeden Abend ein 5-Gänge-Menü mit Auswahl. Gratulation an die Küche, jeder Gang und ich meine jeder Gang vorzüglich, dazu eine umfangreiche Weinkarte mit ansprechenden Preisen. Zum Personal kann man nur nochmals Danke sagen für den zuvorkommenden Service, ob am Pool oder auf der Terrasse, mit Tipps zu Ausflügen. Wir kamen mit einem E-Auto und konnten unser Auto jeden Abend voll laden, großer Pluspunkt. Die einzige winzige Kritik war der langsame WLAN-Empfang. Ansonsten Gratulation an alle, wir werden uns wieder sehen. Gruß, Katrin und Mike.

Es waren wieder wunderschöne Tage und ich komme immer wieder gerne in den Bären. Für mich stimmt hier einfach alles. Allem voran die Herzlichkeit und der Wohlfühlfaktor. Zimmer, Menü, Sauberkeit, Personal, Wellnessbereich, Sportangebot ….. alles perfekt !!! Ein Urlaub der Herz und Seele einfach nur gut tut. Die 5 Sterne sind in jeder Beziehung verdient und zu Recht !
