I would like to thank the very helpful and kind staff who made our anniversary the most wonderful! I had booked a room with a sauna, but we got upgrade to a room with a sauna and a jacuzzi, which was absolutely perfect and with a beautiful view of the sky pool. The bed was romantically decorated and very comfortable. We even got a table with a beautiful view for dinner, so we could celebrate our special moment in a great way. We really appreciate the personal approach to each guest and the effort to fulfill all wishes. Overall, I have nothing to complain about! Amazing staff and service, the best spa, delicious food, beautiful rooms and views! Simply the best hotel! Thank you very much and we look forward to our next visit! :)

The best hotel we've stayed in it exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent food, friendly helpful staff made you feel very welcome nothing to much trouble. All facilities absolutely spotless. Our trips out with Fabian and Sonja were really interesting and they both very knowledgeable. Then of course there's the outstanding scenery and location..simply wonderful. We intend to return next year.

Stunning location and amazing experience. We planned a lot of our own hiking trips but also took advantage of some of the hotel's planned activities including area hikes and wellness services. Fabian and Sonja are excellent guides and really got to know the guests. We also really enjoyed learning the art of bread baking from Hans. It was a fantastic mix of adventure and relaxation. Unlike most resort experiences where you feel as if you are held captive in Disney World, Hubertus offers options to get out and enjoy as much of the surrounding area as you like. You could easily stay here and never lift a finger, or have wall to wall activities. The meals are delicious and the service excellent. We enjoyed a huge variety of local foods excellently prepared. But the centerpiece of the resort is the Sky Pool. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and we were not disappointed. The view is stunning, and what's more, for a swimmer like myself, having a full 25m pool for morning laps was a real treat. We enjoyed going out on adventures every day and then relaxing poolside or in the sauna every afternoon.

Watched the original BBC programme and thought it was our type of hotel. Expectations were high and pleased to say were not only met but exceeded. As you approach from Valdaora you can see the hotel perched on the hillside and as you come ever closer it becomes ever more striking. Efficient and friendly check-in with a welcome drink in the relaxing bar, We were then shown to our room. Bedroom was spacious, well equipped and both sitting area and bed very comfortable. Cleanliness in bedroom and, indeed, throughout the hotel was amazing. Quality of food and the ever changing menus were most impressive. Once again, restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The range of activities kept us occupied. Not pressurised to partake - your choice how much or little. Did one of the walks nearly every day during our 8 night stay. Guides were knowledgeable and multi lingual. The infinity pool is amazing and was a comfortable 33c the whole time. We have been lucky enough to stay at some of the best hotels in the world and this was amongst the best. We will return

Wieder ein toller Aufenthalt, man hat sich von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute willkommen gefühlt und die Qualität ist nach wie vor absolut spitze. Besonders das immer freundliche Personal in allen Rollen macht einen großen Unterschied, hier wird der Unterschied zum inhabergeführten Hotel sehr sichtbar. Auch eine Verlängerung um einen Tag war trotz Zimmerumzug entspannt und angenehm. Auch, dass Freunde uns besuchen konnten und mit uns das spitzen Abendmenü essen konnten ist alles andere als selbstverständlich, aber so wurden sie auch direkt von dem Hotel überzeugt.

Hotel stupendo, sia per la posizione, gentilezza del personale, ottimo cibo e Spa spettacolare. Tantissime attività da fare durante il giorno con personale qualificato. Ottima accoglienza anche per il nostro cane. Hanno area dedicata per i pelosi con il laghetto. Hanno fatto un regalino anche a lui appena arrivati. Torneremo sicuramente. Vacanza TOP
