Generally staff are friendly. Facilities were disappointing. Swimming pool was inaccessible. Offered room smelt as though someone had been smoking. We declined that and were offered another room. But head shower didnt work, cable tv that didn’t work, and then 2 days of to and fro on this until we were moved to an adjoining room. For breakfast we were only offered 2-3 items due to guest numbers but once they had a few more guests then the whole breakfast was made available! On another occasion due to my wife fasting, she had requested a certain food item which was agreed by the kitchen and duty manager two days in advance only for it not being available 2 days later. Lots of improvement required. And they are aware of all these issues we suffered. But if you strike it lucky then OK.

Its called White House. We acomodated there as guest for a marriage We stayed for 2 nights. 24 x 7 security. House keeping was good. They need to increase number of people for better service.Special mention of Mr. Shivam Awasthi. He is an asset to the property.

I have enjoyed staying here, I came with my better half. It was exponentially brilliant experience to stay here. I have planned to visit again to this property when we get time to visit Vadodara. The staff and supervisor was phenomenal at their service and soft spoken person!
