Visited vadodara first time, and stayed here for around 10 days. I must say the location, the staff, ample parking space, good wifi speed, nice food.. almost everything was nice and good.. It is almost in the main city center, specially evening time was very good when u walk through the alkapuri area. I would give 10/10 for its location. It is one of the best area of vadodara and in the evening it looks so lively. You can commute anywhere within vadodara from here, easy to get auto, cabs etc. Overall nice experience, will surely stay again here. Thanks Best Western... Thanks Vadodara...

Great service by staff members especially Kajal, Dipasa and Tanima. Very courteous any supportive. Made the overall experience great and comfortable. Kitchen serves a gourmet cuisine with some really healthy options and rates and quantity are very satisfying. Room sizes could have been slightly bigger, however comes with all the needed amenities. Overall a good experience.

GGuest UserOur family of 5 booked 2 executive rooms. The rooms were small in size with very little space to move around. But inT the small space, they provided a wardrobe, chair, elect. Kettle, 4 pillows and 4 small pillows (we felt totally unnecessary in a small room and could have been given on request. ) the toilet was clean. Hot water was provided in a curtailed bathroom. The hotel is close to vadodara railway station and walkable for a light traveller. For those with luggage, autos are available at a flat fare of rs. 50. The room service was good including morning tea. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant and buffet complimentary breakfast. Thinly staffed at dinner time and therefore slow service. Polite and friendly staff made us forget their poor service.

1. Location not so satisfy for me . 30 minutes walking from Patan Junction Railway station and around 1 hours walking distance to Rani Ki Vav . It will be Ok if you travel by your own car . Local rickshaw drivers around were greedy and will charge you double if you are foreigner.

MMaha VThe room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.

GGuest UserIt is good to be cost effective, simply stay a night with reasonable facilities. Room size is very good, breakfast has no more choice, ac working well, attached bathroom is good and lift facilities are available. Overall is good in this cost.

Xxin***anThe cultural relics on the first floor are good, the natural museum on the second floor is too general, the eight Chinese screens on the first floor, let me watch for an hour, and then bought a photo license, spent 100 rupees, took these our national treasures! All are made of Hotan jade, jade, turquoise, onyx, etc., so beautiful! These treasures are stored in the Baroda Museum, I feel so uncomfortable, I hope to return home as soon as possible one day! (By the way, the Indians visit the museum is 10 rupees, equal to RMB 1 yuan; our foreigners visit 200 rupees, equal to RMB 20 yuan. equal to 20 times!)
