New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

For a whole I have stayed in this hotel, I.have only excellent opinions about the hospitality, the food and the overall interactions with the staffs. I have specially appreciate the service of the restaurant waitress named Poonam.! I recommend this hotel for your visit in Vadodara.

Visited Courtyard by Marriott with my family and friends for the first time and must say it was a wonderful experience. The ambience is just right for a relaxing time with your loved ones. The staff extended a warm welcome especially Poonam, who treated everyone with warmth and made sure we are all very comfortable including my little one. The food was delicious and they had a wide range of dishes to offer.

Mu experience in this hotel has been fantastic. The service is really nice, especially Gaurav and the rest of the room service make our stay very comfortable. The staff at the reception is also very helpful and the food is varied and really nice.

The hospitality and the service was very good. Especially Mrs. Poonam is so kind to the guest. The restaurant is very good and the meals are so delicious. The ambient of the complete hotel is very highly recommended. The best place in Vadodara City.
