Great hospitality and very good service . Food was alao excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Amit , anoop sirpal deepak nikhil aman zunaid asad and mayank helped a lot and were vabulous . Did a last min bookking and they helped me out thouroughly.

I come here on behalf of my company frequently for business purpose and have continuously stayed here. Stay is awesome here. Clean rooms, courteous staff. Special mention of Anup and Deepak who are in charge in the dining section. They are very friendly and helpful. Pooja from house keeping department is also polite and respectful. I would recommend this hotel.

The room is the cleanest I've ever seen.... Right from the checkin everyone seemed too courteous and helpful I want to specially thanks Mayank Mishra ji for making the room,car and every arrangements as per our requirements. People in the room cleaning team, at reception and in the restaurant are all very friendly. We will definitely recommend and come back to stay in Fortune in our next visit.

Decent stay. Kudos to the front desk, housekeeping & restaurant team for the hospitality displayed. Stayed here in September 2024, work trip. Hassle free check-in, well maintained rooms, decent spread for Breakfast & Dinner. Even the trainees are very professional at their work.

Although I was initially a bit hesitant about my stay, by the time I left, it had turned into a truly pleasant experience. The room was spotless, and the bathroom, in particular, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping ensured daily check-ins, and the room service, especially for food, was outstanding. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh Duttu, who efficiently arranged a cab for my inter-city travel, making the logistics seamless. I’d also like to mention the courteous staff at the live cooking counter; they were polite and attentive. Overall, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and always eager to assist, which truly enhanced my stay. The exceptional customer service, combined with the comfort of the hotel, ensures that I will certainly choose this place again when visiting Vadodara.
