I don’t know why this place is so highly rated. It is completely rundown and the photographs are nothing like reality. Breakfast is poor and the staff are bored and not really engaging in anyway. There are better hotels in the area. Look elsewhere

I don't understand this hotel's rating. First, when we arrived we were told our room was not ready. No apology, just a statement. We had to wait. Second, the breakfast was poor and the coffee terrible. Finally, it was very noisy at night with people slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway.

Bel hôtel dans le centre d'Uzès, bâtiment historique idéal pour les amoureux de vieilles pierres. Personnel très avenant. Décoration soignée, mais quelques détails à revoir. Les chambres sont toutes belles mais offrent des prestations inégales: garder à l'esprit lors de la réservation.

Petit Relais et Châteaux de 9 chambres dans des vieilles pierres comme tout Uzès d’ailleurs. Magnifique escalier de pierre Très bon accueil. Grande chambre au 3e sans ascenseur avec vieil escalier en colimaçon. Nous le savions car il y a des chambres avec ascenseur. Décor de la chambre un peu décevant

We were looking forward to spending December 31st in this châteaux lodge. We had booked a room on the top floor with a pleasant view of the rooftops. It was not our surprise to pass in front of the elevator and take a period staircase whose steps have not been restored. It would be wise to Please note that these rooms have difficult access. Comfortable room without welcome products apart from soap without bathrobes we asked for some, only one was available!!!!After getting ready for New Year's Eve dinner we go down this famous staircase madame stumbles very badly when we arrive at the reception no first aid kit a small dressing from the kitchen was offered to us which did not cover the wound and without antiseptic... to this day the knee remains crowned. As for dinner, he had the merit of having good timing but the dishes lacked panache for a Michelin star. When we left the next day after a decent breakfast we had given us a terrine of foie gras to keep in the refrigerator because we were traveling. It took the receptionist more than half an hour to find it... a real master is sorely needed or a mistress of the house.

A gorgeous boutique hotel set on a quiet street in beautiful Uzès. Our suite was wonderfully decorated and appointed, the staff were attentive and professional, especially offering valet parking, and the food…! A thoroughly memorable stay to celebrate my husband’s “significant” birthday.
