Charme et élégance. Belle bâtisse joliment restaurée, en y créant une ambiance à la foie feutrée et provençale. La chambre était spacieuse avec une superbe salle de bain. La literie King size est top. Et les produits de SDB Clarins sentent merveilleusement bons ! Personnel adorable, sympathique et attentionné. Merci à vous !

Ce post est pour le Spa Clarins . Nous avions réserver un soin du visage et un massage pour mes 2 filles. Une de mes fille qui avait pris le soins du visage , a été très déçu car le massage choisi lui a été signifié dans la cabine qu il ne pouvait pas faire sans même savoir pourquoi . Pourtant ce massage avait été valider lors de la réservation et sur le bon de commande . Je ne comprends pas pourquoice changement et surtout personne ne nous a prévenu en amont . Cela est très négatif au vue du prix et d un établissement tel que le vôtre. J espère avoir des explications et un geste commercial pour ce manquement non prévu et non prévenue en amont .

Les équipes sont professionnelles , réactives et bienveillantes. Nous avons eu un léger soucis avec la chambre que la jeune femme à la réception a réglé rapidement . Nous avons bénéficié d’un surclassement très agréable . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .

Espléndido Relais & Chateaux en el centro de Uzes, maravilloso pueblo situado el la Occitane Francesa. Habitación muy amplia y agradable con una magnífica cama King. Personal top. Perfecto para un week romántico y conocer Uzes y los alrededores.

Incredible surprise of a magical glorious hotel
Incredibly beautiful place in an unexpected discovery that we were staying in an ancient fortress of an ancient city. Could not ask for more in such conditions, where everything was ancient in the city but everything in the hotel was modern. Small room, but incredibly quaint, and the bathroom was glorious, shower was incredible, water pressure and temperature perfect. Only said to discover I couldn't stay more days as they close mid week in the winter. That was a first ever surprise. In any event, this place is magical. Book the spa in advance as it is booked solid and Tier 1 Clarins spa. Incredible experience and I'll be back! :)
