This hotel was so beautiful! Perfect location, fabulous staff and an unbelievable view! So so gorgeous! It was a pity about the construction!

房間的味道一言難盡，預訂是因為周邊好酒店實在是定滿了的無奈選擇。酒店行李員搶着幫領行李已經到了令人無語的地步，我們一行人4個行李兩大兩小，來了三個人拎，送到房間都墨跡着不走（要小費）。房間被單非常不乾淨。

We had a wonderful stay in the Ella Flower Garden Resort. The view was amazing ! The new rooms are nice and modern. The hotel is on walking distance (10min) from Ella centre with many nice bars & restaurants. Our special thanks to Sampath who took so good care of us when our daughters were not feeling well. Your kindness and willingness to help is much appreciated !

We kwamen hier toevallig terecht na de wandeling naar de 9Arch bridge voor een korte stop maar de vriendelijkheid van Madushan en het lekkere eten verleidde ons tot een uitgebreidere lunch. Bleek het ook een super view point (Mooiste van SriLanka) op Ella’s Peak met een liefde voor bloemen en planten!

The hotel has a nice view but also a construction side next door with noice from 8 to 18h. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. The cleaning of the room was not done by 2pm and after we asked for doing it and left the sign please clean the room at the door the cleaning was still not done.
