Great hotel. So close to train station and concert hall which was reason for my visit with my daughter. Enjoyed the pool very much.breakfast was great. We had drinks in the bar on the evening .staff were all very friendly. Would definately go back again. Thank you to everyone there.

Location is perfect right next to Utrecht Central station and a big shopping centre. Pass the shopping centre and you're in town centre. Has a swimming pool and a small gym on the top floor. The only problem we had was one of our towel had some brown stains on it which doesn't look very pleasant but we showed them and they got us clean ones straight away. Also there wasn't hair conditioner but in another of their Inntel hotel we stayed there was. Try to get a room facing the train tracks I think would have a better view.

Friendly staff , lovely location , went for A State of Trance, was perfect to stay and go back and forth. Utrecht Centraal right around the corner too ! Made transit to / from Schiphol simple & easy. Clean room , spacious with a view !

Modern and clean hotel. Rooms are nicely and spaciously furnished, friendly staff. Location is great, no noise problems.

The view was great, it was clean, and the location was right next to the station. I was very satisfied! It was a high-rise building, so there was no train noise even though it was near the station. There was a rooftop bar, so it seemed like there was a party, but I could hear the sound. There was a pool with a high-rise view, so I regretted not bringing a swimsuit. There was no water in the room, but there was a port and tea. Very satisfied!

The rooms were super clean. The pillows are very, very thick and don't give much. The TV causes a lot of problems. There are 4 German channels, but it often freezes. You can't connect anything to the TV because the remote control can't switch to HDMI or similar. The connection via the cell phone for screen transmission doesn't work either. So if you want to spend nice evenings in the whirlpool with Netflix, you should take your tablet or laptop with you. The toilet was right by the entrance, not by the sink or shower. The elevator can only be used in the evening with the room card to keep strangers away, as there is a public restaurant downstairs in the hotel. The location is great, you're right next to the train station. Every now and then you can hear a train in the room. We'd still be happy to come back again.

Non-existent welcome, the person at the reception did not even know how to give me the breakfast times... Otherwise the room is very large and very well appointed, the bedding is good and the kitchen with coffee machine is a real plus! Prices are quite high all the same, especially breakfast at €25

The room is large, the view is great, and it is very clean. It is next to the central station, but it is very quiet. The hotel facilities are good, but the swimming pool was under maintenance that day. The night view is very beautiful. I will recommend it to my friends.
