Lock problem and cold
The lock to our room did not work properly (the door had to be slammed with great force to get the key to engage). We reported this on arrival, but there was no sign of a fix during our two-day stay. This problem meant we had to seek assistance each time we left our room.
Also the radiator was switched off when we arrived at circa 8pm, and the boiler was evidently switched off by that time as the heating did not come on when we turned the radiator on. So we shivered for the first evening,
