Staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Nurbiye from the front office. Despite being foreigners, we felt very welcomed, highly recommend.

Nice location just behind the bus stop and near Nanlu Xi Metro Station from Urumqi Airport. Breakfast is good. The staffs are friendly and the free laundry machine was very useful.

Non-smoking room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room and was untreated. Hotel's location was good, not being too far from Nanhu North Rd metro station. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Just a night's stay before a flight, but easily accessible from airport, bus & train stations, and close to good restaurants. Clean, comfortable room with good shower. Warm welcome, easy check in & check out.

The room had a bad smell. I felt dizzy after entering. The floor was still wet when I checked in. The room was also very small and there was no corner space as shown in the picture. When I woke up the next day, I still had red spots on my body.

The facilities are very old, the hair dryer is too old, not to mention the wind, my hair got caught in it several times. The second thing is the cleanliness. The lamp on the table was covered with dust and hair, and the cleaning was not thorough. After staying for two nights in a row, the cleaning staff didn't even clean up the pile of hair next to the bed the next day. The price-performance ratio is really low. I'm sorry for the price. Please upgrade quickly. It's too old.

The room is very small. Hair grows in the corners. The air conditioner is not hot and leaks water. You are supposed to check out at 2pm, but you will be let out at 12pm. I feel the accommodation is 10 out of 10. I don't want to stay here again. The accommodation experience was terrible.

The security uncle was very nice but also helpless about it. ⚠️But the customer service at the front desk said that if there was a parking space, they would contact us to move it in. However, when we checked out and saw that the parking lot was empty, they did not call us to move it. You can check it out for yourself. I would not recommend this hotel if you are driving after 8pm.

There were cut nails and unknown hairs on the sheets in the hotel room. The front desk called me before check-out time to tell me that the room was booked. I wanted to ask, how can I open the room to others before my check-out time? Ordered? The woman named Zhao Xuemei had a very bad attitude and asked me to pay in private instead of booking on Ctrip. When I wanted to extend my stay, the room had not been cleaned yet, so she asked me to stand at the door and wait for them to clean it.

I originally thought that Homeinns is a chain hotel, and the environment, sanitation, and facilities should be very good. Who knew but it was a huge disappointment. There were obvious black stains on the pillow, so I doubt it was replaced. There were unknown black bugs crawling on the sheets, which made me shake the whole sheets and quilt for a long time before I dared to sleep. All in all, the experience was really poor, and the nearly 300 yuan for the room was not worth it. I will never book this hotel again next time.
