El domingo fui con mi esposo y bebé y disfrute de una bonita mañana. Rodeada de mucha naturaleza y variedad de gastronomía. Resaltó también la atención de Yordan, Lynn y Gualberto. Recomendado al mil. Gracias hotel aranwaa de Urubamba. Hasta pronto . Regresaremos!!!

El servício es inigualable, destaco a Gualberto y Gregorio en el Restaurante y Lilian en Recepción, pero, en general, solo puedo calificar la experiencia de EXTRAORDINARIA. No es la primera vez que vamos ni será ka última. Aconsejo a quien sea que no se pierdan esta oportunidad.

The setting here is unique and tranquil and unexpected as we pulled up. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Large rooms that are very comfortable. The grounds are fun to walk through and enjoy each unique building. Food was very good for both dinners and the breakfast buffet. Yordan and Erik made our family feel at home every morning as they served our table and saw us throughout the day. Great place to enjoy quiet evenings after days of adventure!

The staff were awesome and very friendly. Our waiting staff, especially Gualberto, at breakfast was extremely friendly knowing our names and welcoming us every morning. The rooms are comfortable and the complex provides something for everyone.

From start to finish, my family’s experience at this hotel was exceptional! We were greeted at the front steps by kind, attentive hotel staff members and were toured around the beautiful resort grounds. The setting of this resort is spectacular, with cloud-cloaked mountains and fields of swaying corn surrounding the picturesque and well-kept resort, which is full of twisting paths, immaculate gardens and an elegant mixing of colonial buildings with modern additions. We spent an entire evening wandering the grounds, including the beautiful old hacienda and chapel at the resort’s centre, which is like a living museum. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with a gorgeous view of the gardens and mountains, the food was delicious (especially the breakfast!) and the staff went above and beyond, including noting that it was my father’s birthday on our check-in with passports and surprising us with a celebration and dessert for him one morning, completely unprompted on our end. Start-to-finish this hotel was an exceptional experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Todos el personal del hotel muy atento Lynn , Muller , Jordán y en especial el Sr Gualberto. Nos encantaron todas las instalaciones, los jardines hermosos, los niños se divirtieron mucho, el clima en Urubamba es el mejor, definitivamente vamos a regresar!!!
