One of the most luxurious of hotels I have stayed at. Everyone was accommodating and friendly to my needs. Our breakfast interactions with Geealberto made our day. Cocktails at night set our mood for the evening in the enchanting environment.

We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. We had a beautiful colonial style room with very comfortable beds. The hotel grounds are also very beautifully organized. The breakfast was delicious, we even ate local exotic fruits. The hotel staff is beyond praise. We are very grateful to a manager Marina Romero who helped us a lot in organizing many of our requests. We especially enjoyed the massages done by Yuddina and Cristina in the spa salon. They are incredibly talented masseuses! A huge thank you to them for the fact that we received true relaxation after a busy active day. Wellness center is an absolutely must do in this hotel! We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a luxurious time in Sacred Valley.

Everything was top notch. I prefer it to another luxury hotel in the area . More plugs in the room is helpful. The restaurant experience is comfortable and tailored to individual needs. The golf cart was available for transport. That was great, especially for checking out.

We stayed here with Smithsonian tours. Beautiful hotel and grounds, friendly staff and great spa. We had an excellent and inexpensive couples massage. The room was large and had a nice patio. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Food was good as well. Would recommend.

El hotel en si es una experiencia, no es un hotel es un pueblo entero, con iglesia con cine!!! y palomitas, los colibris son una pasada verlos en libertad volando por el Hotel, la restaurancióm de 10 y los bares fantasticos unas terrazas preciosas , todo muy bien cuidado y sobre todo las habitaciones , la nuestra el Jacuzzi era impresionante, nunca había estado en un hotel parecido, lujoso y divertido todo a la vez.

Very nice rooms and grounds. The staff at the front desk and concierge are very friendly and helpful. The staff in the breakfast dining area are especially nice and courteous. We can point out LYNN DIANA YOLANDA GULLMBERTO BETEL FAVIO ERIAIN and YORDAU (excuse my spelling) as friendly and service oriented every morning. We spent four nights and they quickly knew us by name. Breakfast options are large and diverse. The Unno Spa is great - we took advantage of the Mother’s Day special and were comforted for 90 great minutes. We had rather large lunches often off site so ate the light fare offered through the bar menu, which was good. I think you will enjoy this hotel, with easy access to the sacred valley historic sites.
