This was by far the prettiest hotel we stayed on our tour of Peru, a converted monastery surrounded by mountains. The rooms are set around a number of courtyards, with a couple of restaurants and even its own church. We stayed here just 2 nights and ate at the Italian which was lovely. Also liked that there was even their own coffee shop next door where you could get decent coffee. The room was great, decent bed, shower nothing to complain about and staff at restaurants were attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend staying here.

Ambiente é muito aconchegante. O hotel possui uma grande área verde. O staff deixa a desejar. A funcionária da recepção parecia que estava fazendo um favor aos hóspedes. O quarto não tem tomadas suficientes. Apenas 2. O banheiro é incompleto, sem ganchos ou prateleiras para apoiar os objetos, apesar de ser grande e com muito espaço sobrando. Café da manhã era completo.

Dopo un viaggio sfiancante dalla Bolivia avere trovato un albergo così ben gestito mi ha risollevato decisamente. Le camere sono molto ben curate, bagno spazioso e dotato di asciugamani molto pulite . Dopo due o tre notti ti mandano un piattino con dei dolcetti, l ho trovato un servizio molto carino. Camera impeccabilmente pulita. Wi-Fi funziona bene. L esterno dell albergo è meraviglioso e da sul lago Titicaca. Il ristorante invece non mi è piaciuto. Non paragonabile al livello dell albergo. Direi più che mediocre e non lo consiglio.

Experiencia de 10, si estáis pensando en un hotel en el Valle Sagrado este es perfecto. Está ubicado en el pueblo de Yucay y desde el primer momento nos pareció muy familiar y acogedor. El hotel cuenta con un amplio jardín con diferentes puntos de encuentro para tomar algo o para disfrutar de la comida. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas muy cómodas. También cenamos en su pizzería y todo muy bueno . Recomendable al 100 por 100.

Que hotelllllll excelente, muy buena comida su atención es genial. Pero lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. Muy tranquilo, mucha paz, habitaciónes que son un sueño. Recomendaría a la recepción sonreír un poco más, pero todo lo demás son unos genios. Claro que volveremos, este vez con mi familia. Gracias por todo.

… nicht ganz überzeugt. Wir kamen ziemlich müde an. Die Begrüßung war freundlich, aber da auch gerade ein Bus mit Gästen angekommen war, extremst oberflächlich, wodurch Informationen zum Hotel verblieben. Auch das unserer Reiseagentur fest zugesagt ruhige Zimmer wurde nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, sondern eines, vor dessen Fenster am nächsten Morgen um 5 Uhr Marktstände aufgebaut wurden obwohl die Gäste noch schlafen wollten! Zimmer okay, sauber, nicht sehr geräumig und Bad für eine Nacht okay - jedoch war die Erwartung eine andere. Die Anlage ist recht groß und erinnert an eine Hacienda, sehr schön. Wir haben die Pizzeria /Cafe besucht und sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen und getrunken - absolut zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück dagegen war absolut chaotisch, keine Kaffeespezialitäten, Eierspeisen bzw. die bestellten Pancakes wurden nicht gebracht. Nachgelegt wurde auch nicht, obwohl genug Personal vorhanden war. Der Frühstücksraum ist laut und erinnert bei vielen Gästen an einen Rummelplatz.
