Schöne Anlage mit romantischen Innenhof. Gartenanlage, Restaurant. Freundliches Personal, Zimmer auf 2 Etagen zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Dusche wechselwarm. Rezeption leider nicht immer besetzt, durch Wartezeiten, um das abgeschlossene Tor zu öffnen. Bar leider nicht besetzt. Getränke nur auf Anfrage oder gar nicht. Restaurant mit sparsamen Frühstück und guter Abendessen.

The hotel and grounds look like you are in a fairytale. Is is so simple yet so beautiful. So quiet and so clean. The staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant is so romantic. I wish I could have stayed longer just to unwind. The food was excellent. For breakfast it was a buffet but I was still able to order from the dinner menu. I really wanted to try my favorite dish but is was our last morning at the hotel. Thank you Luz Vanessa for making our stay a extra pleasant one.

Perfect overnight stay before Macchu Picchu
The hotel is gorgeous. They were very welcoming and scheduled a taxi for our pick up. They also arranged for our pick up to the train to go to Macchu Picchu and prepared a box for us to take to have breakfast since our train left before breakfast opened for the day. The hotel is a little understaffed and but you could tell everyone in the hotel helped each other out and were very helpful. I would stay here again.
