This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The bedroom door couldn't be closed. I called the front desk to fix it. They said it was fixed, but it broke again when I opened it. The room was too cold to sleep. I asked to change rooms. The door could be closed, but the room was still very cold. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted and the temperature couldn't be raised. Later, a warm fan was provided. The quilt cover was also strange. It fell off after sleeping for a while. This is not like a Japanese hot spring hotel. The room fee of more than 3,000 is not worth it. A female service staff took us into the room and introduced the gift shop along the way. When we got to the room, she took out the room precautions prepared in advance from her mobile phone and let us take a look. I didn't feel the warmth of the hot spring hotel at all. When I stayed in a hot spring hotel before, the room would help you warm up the room, and the service attitude was very warm. This time, the feeling was extremely bad. 가족4명이 다다미방 이용했어요
온천이 공중 온천은 무료로 (평일) 이용가능한데 새벽에 불가하다는 걸 늦게 알아서
전날 저녁에 이용할걸 싶은 생각이었고
노천탕은 1인당 1100엔을 내야해요
시설은 좋아요
다만, 방음이 잘 안되어 가족끼리 묵을ㄸㅐ 약간의 불편함도 있었지만
그래도 시설이나 내부 시설들 너무 좋았어요
주차료도 무료로 가능했습니다.
주차장 들어갈때 응?하지만 좀더 안쪽으로 들어가면 주차장 맞습니다.

깨끗하고, 친절 합니다.
시설적인 면에서 실망이 큽니다. 노천탕 공사 중이어서 이용 못하였고 체크인 하면서 전달 받았는데, 이런 건 사전에 공지해야 한다고 봅니다.
추가로 객실로 올라가는 엘리베이터 2대 중 1**저도 점검 중이었습니다.
노천탕하고 가이세키 이용 하려고 여기 예약한건데 많이 아쉽네요. 가이세키는 또 만석이라고 이용도 못했습니다..
