Walking distance to DisneySea, about 8mins. 5mins away from Lawson's and 10mins from a Ramen restaurant with a Family Mart beside. A nice selection of ammenities at your disposal and the leg massage was a nice touch (from all the walking in the parks). Simple but good breakfast!

It's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)

Disney Official Hotel was the best! The Disney amenities, the cute Minnie in the hotel lobby, the sofa, and the hotel staff were all polite and impressive! The bus to Tokyo Disney Resort is free and it was convenient to go to the hotel by train! There is also a paid service that delivers luggage to the hotel from Disney Store Bon Voyage at Maihama Station, which was convenient. Before checking in at the hotel, I left my big luggage and enjoyed the first day slowly. Compared to other official hotels, I felt that the distance of 20 minutes by bus was far, but the cost performance was also good, so it is recommended for families. Best of all, we were able to use Happy Entry! It's only Disneyland, but I put it in 15 minutes before, so I was able to ride all the rides I wanted to ride in the morning. I was impressed that I could get it just by this! Definitely recommend 🤎 My son was very excited with children's pajamas and toothbrush slippers 🏰

We stayed at the hotel the night before and after Disney Sea. Appreciate the free shuttle bus service. The counter staff were extremely helpful and had a reasonably good command of English. It’s a bit far from the Shin-urayusu station though. It takes 15-20 to walk there. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, which costs around 900 yen.

the staff approach us well and helped us in regards to our disneyland 1day pass & good👍with their free drinks but feel a little dissappointed to breakfast because they need to have a reservation for atleast 3days before..i highly recommend to have their atleast breakfast.. thank you

The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the bathroom is very useable, with free amenities provided by the front desk.
