All the staff were foreigners, and they were very kind and helpful. The shuttle bus can drop you off at Shin-Urayasu Station, but it cannot pick you up, so it would be nice if you could get on there.
Drinks in the lounge are free, but you can only drink them at check-in, so it would be nice if you could drink a cup of coffee when you check out.
There were enough powdered green tea sticks for everyone in the room, but no coffee.
It was very helpful to be able to stay at such a low price.
We look forward to working with you again in the future.

I used it to go to Disney,
and there was a convenience store on the premises so it was perfect. I'd like to use it again.

There was a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient. On the way back, the bus was packed and I couldn't find a seat, and it was quite a distance, so I was tired. But the price was cheap, so I would like to use it again.
