Despite my items not being found initially, he personally took my details and assured me he would keep me updated. To my surprise, Makram had located my items and even went the extra mile to mail them to me promptly as I had already left for the airport. His outstanding customer service truly stood out, and I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.
