This hotel will always hold a special place in my heart. Never was it in my plans to stay for so long. But those apartment waitlists are just that - wait. Anyway, the staff understood my situation and made me feel comfortable here. It's nice to be able to do my laundry regularly. It's nice to have options for grocery shopping. Any time I had a concern, I just spoke with management and was guided on the situation. That's better than writing a scathing review without ever alerting staff that there was a concern. Two things bother me and both were about the guests. The first one is guests that refuse to follow hotel policy and keep their pets on leash. Or when the leash is too long and the dogs are all the place. "They don't bite." So what? I still don't want them near me. The second one is when the guests don't remove their laundry from the machines on time. Once I took someone's laundry out and placed it on the table and when I came back for mine, the machine had been opened and did not finish. Again, these were the actions of the guests, not the hotel staff. The breakfast is Grab and Go. The items are pre-packaged. Since guests bring their pets to the breakfast bar with them, this is best. Also, everyone has their own sense of clean so, again, this is best. All in all, I feel the staff (especially housekeeping) is very attentive to the needs of the guests and I am happy here.
