Marina 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 1-room apartment 33 m2 on 2nd floor. Studio. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed, dining table and air conditioning. Shower/WC. No heating option. View of the sea and the town. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Had a big big problem receiving the keys, we have waited in the full sun foe an hour to get in. Apartment needs some work, air conditioner was leaking and dripping water all over the floor. Cockroaches and overall weird stench in the bathroom. Double wide
