Wunderschöne Anlage . Beachfront Villen sind ein Traum! Die superior plus Villa welche wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten - hätte uns nicht so gefallen. Ansonsten perfekter Service und alles sehr sauber! Halbpension nicht notwendig - es lohnt sich Essen zu gehen und Frühstück selbst zu machen!

Per 600€ a notte ci hanno dato una villa vista mare con recinzione da 30 cm - praticamente in vetrina- al lungo mare con 3 cani che facevano pagare 13€/a notte / al cane, in una villa senza lavatrice, una scopa per poter dare una sistemata, senza bidet. La notte impossibile dormire con la finestra aperta perché la musica alta dal cocktail bar vicino anche alle 5.15 di mattina. Che dire, hanno fatto un villaggio bellissimo ma gestito malissimo …

Restaurants im Ressort waren alle ok - Service, Qualität und Preis stimmten. Die Zugänge zum Meer waren nicht wirklich prickelnd. Sehr viele Felsen über die man beim schwimmen (Ebbe) drüber schrammte, die Liegewiesen waren schattig (Pinien). Was störte waren sehr viele Besucher von außerhalb des Ressorts die auch die Liegen beanspruchten. Bungalow war gut eingerichtet und das Platzangebot war gut (nicht Bungalow 601 Mieten - der liegt direkt hinter Versorgungsanlage des Süsswasserpools und Wäschsammelstelle - ständiger LKW Verkehr wenn Wäsche abgeholt oder gebracht wurde). Zimmerservice war mehr schlecht als recht - nur einmal in einer Woche nass gewischt, Handtücher wurden ständig zu wenig bereitgestellt (wir waren zu sechst und da werden doch 3 Badetücher genügen…🙈). Ansonsten Personal relativ freundlich - die Kompetenz des Personals der Rezeption lies sehr zu wünschen übrig..). Wir werden hier nicht mehr Urlaub machen.

Vom 3 Mai bis 12 Mai haben wir in Dieser Urlaub hat meinem geliebten Partner das Leben gekostet 😭 Dieser Pool da waren legionellen 😭 Die Kopfstütze im Pool war schon mit Schimmel ,wir haben dort in der Rezeption bescheid gesagt,dann kam ein junger Mann und sprühte rum an allen Kopfstützen OHNE das Wasser zuvor raus zu lassen vom Pool😭💔 4.323.10 für neun Tage dafür das mein Partner jetzt VERSTORBEN IST 😭💔 Mein Lebensgefährte war 9 Tage am täglich in diesem drecks Pool ,während ich nicht einmal mit im Pool war. Dass Haus hat schon nach Schimmel gerochen ,es war ein Teppich aus dem Zimmer

Don't come in May as facilities are closed until June. Minimum choice for breakfast as cater for eastern Europe tastes. I mean who has polenta and yesterdays veg for breakfast??? So for UK tourists only choice today and yogurt's Bakery 7am - 11am, supermarket 8-2.30 overpriced and minimal choice ok if you want beers and chocolate, they sell salad and fruit but been there a while, sell bread, jams, milk, yogurts just in case you miss breakfast as it's 7-9am The villas and complex are lovely, everything you need, except toaster, most with views of the water. Very clean. Gas BBQ on all balconies, plus curtains on patios for privacy. Not totally traffic free as about 30 German tourists on racing bikes used footpaths at speed. Not geared for Brits as most staff speak German not English. Plus side we found land train which leaves from by bakery to Umag, 4euro bit bumpy but it gets you out. Train dropped off at Umag harbour, walk into centre. Taxi if you hire from reception. Umag is Cafe culture, couple of tourist shops, but nothing open at night until June.

Große Wohnung mit privatem Meerzugang. Absolut ausreichend ausgestattet, mit täglicher Reinigung inkl. frischen Handtüchern und Toilettenartikeln. Große Terrasse mit großem Gasgrill, Hängematte und Whirlpool. Die Bar ist gut gefüllt und wer möchte kann sich auch diverse Getränke, Gerichte oder Lebensmittel (z. B. Fleisch oder Fisch zum Grillen) direkt an die Villa liefern lassen.

We are staying at the Istrian villa for the second time. We had an excellent experience last year. Unfortunately we were disappointed arriving today as we were given a smaller villa (yet in the same category) located in front of the house keeping room. It is very loud and smoky, which is really a pity for a village that is supposed to offer a premium experience. We have requested weeks ago to reserve the same villa than last year, but we were informed at the reception today that they do not take into consideration such requests. Poor customer experience, especially for returning customers.
