Generally satisfying, check in process is fast and easy. Front desk service is great.
However hotel room wasn't as clean as expected, and I think it could benefit from some improvements in that area.
But the front desk have handle the issue very professional by providing room exchange.
Looking forward to go again with greater experience.

Great Stay with a Stunning Sunrise View!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking sunrise view from the window watching the golden sun rise over the horizon was truly a memorable experience.
The only minor issue was that the pillow wasn’t as comfortable as I expected, but overall, the experience was still excellent. The hotel’s convenient location, great facilities, and relaxing atmosphere made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Overall Satisfied except that the water supply [both cold & hot water] can be improved. This maybe probably due to the age of the pipe network in the building. Basement car park was good.

I recently stayed at the Copthorne Hotel in a 3-bedroom apartment, and overall, the experience was mixed.
On the positive side, the apartment was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for a family stay. The location is also great, offering beautiful views and easy access to attractions in Cameron Highlands.
However, the downside is that the apartment’s facilities are quite old and in need of refurbishment. The bed frames were very unstable and rocky, so any movement during sleep would cause the whole bed to shake, often waking up my roommate. This made it quite uncomfortable for light sleepers. Some furniture and fittings also showed signs of aging, which affected the overall experience.
If the management could upgrade the furniture, facilities and improve maintenance, the stay would be much more pleasant. Until then, it’s a decent choice if you prioritize space and cleanliness over modern comforts.
Would I return? Maybe, but only if improvements are made.
