hi tui haven, my first time visiting here n see about tui haven. . book 2 hour before arriving ipoh because my husband just remembered about the haven so i checked and got room here. . really nice lakeside residence. . the receptionist is really friendly and done fastest services upon check in and checkout time. .(indian lady)so nice of her i forgot to ask for a name. . the landscape and the view was amazing. . room also so nice and clean. .the toilet is very clean and i love the conceptsof the toilet. .i love the view from room. .i got lake view n sunset view. .which is so nice. .the room really spacious for us and got free snacks and drinks. . the amenities are perfect and complete. . and we got free refreshments at the restaurant. . breakfast buffet also has various choices. .pool are really big. .adult n kids pool and has jacuzzi. i love everything here include easy parking and got so many activitiesto do. .wo many ootd spot to take good picture. .

We stayed at a family-friendly hotel that was conveniently located, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch, making our stay very comfortable. The Haven is known for its stunning views of limestone hills, lush greenery, and serene surroundings. The resort offers a variety of activities like swimming, hiking, and relaxation, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. we spend 1 whole day inside to enjoy the facilities and pool.

We have stayed at this hotel few years ago and we decided to return for a short trip. Everything was still good and well maintained. The condition, the food, the service … all was still like before. I would definitely come back again for a weekend getaway!

Dusty room, a lot of dust mite. Staff rude , shouting at me.

This property is nestle away from the main city area of Ipoh. As the name suggests, it's a resort after all so peace and serenity is to be expected. Accommodation wise, the hotel is more of a service apartment with 3 towers than your typical hotel. Ideal for weekend getaways and to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

The pool is great and well-maintained. The people there are so nice and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The housekeeping is simple yet polite and friendly. The site is tranquil and letting you relaxed.

Relax and peaceful place to stay

Nice, quiet, relaxing stay at The Haven. The room was very big with a kitchenette, a sitting area and a balcony. The view from the balcony was fantastic! Excellent breakfast spread, and the staff were very attentive. Not near the city centre or the popular caves (about 20 mins away by car), but can call for Grab easily.

the room is clean, good service by the staff, the best part the view so amazing, so lucky to have this view and experience in the city. for sure will come again

Firstly, quite dissapointed because we were allocated at Block C and the room was different from the pics provided when booking (no fantastic view, no bathtub like shown in the booking). Plus our room facing the city and there's "birds" loitering ard the balcony. There are 3 blocks and the block C given to us itself quite empty and scary too. When we walk ard the hotel area at night can see only few units are occupied. Even the atmosphere at Block C were eerie luckily no ghost of cos if not we would check out immediately. We dont even dare open the curtains cos too eerie after knowing not many occupants/guests at Block C. My husband told me he actually asked to upgrade room to Block A few days before we check in, but was informed no vacancy at Block A. But when we check in, we asked to change to Block A but was informed need to top up rm250 per night because Block A. So conflicting of information. Plus, they should just fill up visitors to Block A or B, so it wont be too scary. Secondly, the toilet bowls are not that clean with yellow stains. Although, we were surprised with the "birthday" bed decoration and "birthday cake", the atmosphere at Block C is eerie itself. Definitely not coming back.

Minibar is free and replenished once a day except on check out day. However, spoiler was blackout experienced on the last night of the 3-day stay. After that TV has no signal.

Amenities were excellent for a get away from city. The view from the balcony is majestic

The view is very nice with fresh air and surrounding with nature forest.
