Das Hotel liegt abgelegen. Für Menschen die gerne wandern ist es gut. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind ok, die Betten eher ungemütlich, wenn man auf feste Matratzen liegen möchte, sollte man das besser erwähnen. Die Sauna ist gut.

Das Zimmer/Appartement war sehr schön, sauber und auch großzügig. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich, aber das ist ja sehr subjektiv.
Das Frühstück war reich in der Auswahl und qualitativ hochwertig.

Das Hotel bitet eine gute Erholungsmöglichkeit. Die Zimmer sind angemessen gross und sehr ruhig, die Betten bequem. Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist sehr freundlich, die Mitarbeitenden im Restaurant sind geschulte Kräfte. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist das Angebot mit der Draisinentour. Kein Problem, wenn Sie nicht so sportlich oder fortgeschrittenen Alters sind. Es werden auch E-Draisinen vermietet. Wir wurden an den Start gefahren und am Ziel auch wieder abgeholt. Zudem wurden wir vom Hotel mit einer grossen Lunchbox mit Leckereien für unterwegs versorgt. Das Hotel legt grossen Wert auf Naturnähe. Viel von dem, was auf den Teller kommt, stammt aus dem eigenen Garten. Das Essen im Restaurant ist köstlich, die Getränkekarte ebenso informativ wie kreativ. Auf keinen Fall sollten Sie das Frühstück verpassen. Die Brote und Marmeladen aus eigener Herstellung schmecken vorzüglich. Überhaupt ist die Auswahl vom Buffet sehr gross. Glücklicherweise haben wir noch eine Zusatznacht gebucht. Es wäre sehr schade gewesen, in diesem tollen Ambiente bloss 2 Nächte zu verbringen.

We celebrated our Silver Wedding Anniversay at the Hotel with friends from Germany and Switzerland. The party was organized via telephone from the UK and the communication between myself, Mrs. Marx and Mrs. Hoebel was excellent. The special room requirements were followed up, the party in the Finn Huette was outstanding with regard to service and food. We had small children present and due to the ideal location of the Hotel and venue, we didn't have to worry about their safety at all. My husband and I were well impressed and we have already decided to have the next party there again.

Wir kamen als Gruppe von KollegInnen. Leider war unsere Organisatorin am Abend vorher an Covid erkrankt. Ich sollte ein Doppelzimmer mit ihr teilen. Das bekam ich trotzdem und musst aber den höheren Preis des Einzelzimmers bezahlen. Schade, denn ich hatte extra mit dem niedrigeren Preis geplant. Dann war es das Zimmer 10 im ersten Stock. Als ich am späten Abend dort zu Bett gehen wollte, war das Schlafen leider die ganze Nacht durch ständige Geräusche der Kühlanlage, die wohl genau Wand an Wand mit meinem Zimmer war, nicht möglich. Erst am Morgen hörte es auf. Als ich nach dem (sehr guten ) Frühstücksbuffett bei der Abrechnung davon erzählte, war die Antwort nur 'Schade, das tut mir leid.' Ich hätte es angemessen gefunden, wenn mir etwas vom Preis erlassen worden wäre oder sonst ein Entgegenkommen gezeigt worden wäre. Ich finde es auch schade, dass ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen werde.
