Good location in the city center, breakfast is ok, room is ok, soap, shampoo, towels are provided, wifi is provided, staffs are good, there is a dance room which is enjoyable.

The owner and staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and they even called a taxi for me. They even let me leave my bags. The rooms were not soundproof and a bit old, but overall, they were clean.

It's about a 10 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk from Ulaanbaatar Station. The building is a little old, but clean. The staff doesn't speak English, but I used the translation function on my smartphone. The breakfast was good.
