It's about a 10 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk from Ulaanbaatar Station. The building is a little old, but clean. The staff doesn't speak English, but I used the translation function on my smartphone. The breakfast was good.

The receptionist ladies are so kind! They even helped me with my heavy ass luggage despite being ladies as there were no men around to help!
They are kind and nice people!
The whole city hotels were booked during my stay
But it was nice to stay there for one night

Price - OK (but I wouldn't go here for this price)
I'll explain why now
Breakfast - Bread and eggs, ham, coffee
(3 out of 10.. the eggs smell and the bread is a bit hard)
Facilities - No elevator
You have to go up the stairs through the hallway instead of going up all at once (the path can be confusing)
Bathroom - The shower area is narrow and the water doesn't drain well
