There wasn't much around, but the hotel itself was nice and the service was good.I was able to book a taxi for the return trip to the airport for $30. Also, since it was early in the morning, a breakfast box was prepared for me. The staff in the first section also spoke Japanese.

Very good hotel! There is everything for a comfortable stay. Very good hotel location and service. We were provided with a taxi to the train station and also provided with breakfast, despite the fact that we checked out very early. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Ulaanbaatar.

Non lo consiglio. Da evitare. Bagno sporco. Abbiamo trovato la doccia con gli shampi usati dai precedenti clienti. Stessa cosa per le acque di cortesia, erano tre di cui una aperta a metà. Non c'è il condizionatore, assurdo. Magari invece di pensare a un frigorifero per lucrare sulle bevande, pensate a climatizzare i locali. Eravamo un gruppo con partenza alle 7.40 per l'aeroporto e non ci hanno dato la colazione. Ci siamo dovuti accontentare di un bag ridicolo. Mai visto in vita mia un hotel che alle 7.40 non ti sappia dare una tazza di caffè e una marmellata. Vergognoso. Spendete pochi soldi in più e affidatevi a gente competente.

I gave it the highest rating on a booking portal. That wasn't okay, but rather due to the friendly manager's request. 7 out of 10 would have been appropriate. Despite everything: A recommendable hotel. The breakfast? Very mediocre.

Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby.
