When we arrived, the shower was broken. We asked for a room change, but were told it wasn't possible. The guy came to fix it, but it didn't solve anything. Luckily, the next day the manager gave us another room and offered us a bottle of wine. It's not a boutique, as we Italians are dressed. The hotel is very rundown and poorly maintained. Breakfast was poor, only American coffee without milk, no spoons, and the staff at breakfast were rude.

The hotel rooms need a bit maintenance, repaint and small repairs. The service at breakfast was not very good. At 9pm we could not order food any more in the restaurant!

The service wasn't good and the payment didn't come out exactly as it was. I asked for the towels to be changed for 2 days and they asked why. It's funny. Hahaha

The toilet is in a great location, with bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel reception will help you call a taxi, but there is no air conditioner in the room, only a floor fan, and the toilet pipe is small, which leads to blockage due to the loss of the toilet.
