I took a bath normally, and the hotel staff came up and knocked on the door and told me that there was a water leak downstairs. Then the phone told me that because I took a bath, the water leaked downstairs, and I had to pay 100 US dollars! I was furious, and they insisted that I pay. I called the police, but none of the operators on the police phone understood English, and the call failed. I was tired, so I didn't care and went to sleep, because I had an important meeting tomorrow morning. The next day I checked out as if nothing had happened. Okay, they asked me to pay, and I politely refused throughout the whole process. I didn't want things to affect my mood today. They said let the police come, and I said great, call them immediately. The police came and understood the situation. I asked my Mongolian friend to help me communicate by phone. After a lot of grumbling, my friend told me that there were two choices, the right not to pay, but to go to the police station to deal with it, or to pay.
