I had visited Ujjain with my family including two kids and my elderly parents. I booked this hotel through Makemytrip for two days. However, on second day hotel staff called me and said that we have to vacate the room as there is power cut. They had got group booking and forced us to shift to a poor quality hotel nearby. We were forced to spend three hours in cold in open haggling with them and make my trip. Such disregard for ethics and worst behavior I had never encountered earlier. They are ***** of worst kind. Please book at your own risk..
