Hotel Southern Heritage

Comfortable stay. Clean and tidy rooms. Well maintained. The staff were good and responsive. And the food is also good. The only problem was that hot water was not available at all times. We had to inform the staff and only then we got it. That happened during the entire stay.

The property seems to be a bit newly built and looks excellent. The rooms are comfortable enough, but they don't have them in varying sizes to accommodate 2 adults & 2 kids in one room. We had to get an extra bed. The place is about 8. 5km away from the highway so if you're looking for proximity to any attractions, this may not work for you. The property has a bar on the ground floor, a restaurant on the first floor and rooms on the second floor. The bar gets busy in the evening and stays that way till midnight with loud music playing, but that doesn't disturb the rooms. The restaurant had lunch & dinner, we had dinner there one day which was really good in terms of taste. My booking included complimentary breakfast, but i was told that it has to come from a nearby small eatery and can be served in the room only after 8. 30ish. You can instead go to that place and eat; we skipped the complimentary breakfast both days. There's hardly anyone available at the premise in the early morning, as they all are busy till midnight and start late. There doesn't seem to be any option of asking for coffee / tea to start your day with. The place has free wifi and a wifi connected tv, which is a good addition. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable stay and are not bothered by the location / bar / hospitality at all times, it is a good stay.

Good hotel in-terms of amenities, food and hygiene-cleanliness. We have asked for anniversary decoration and as per the quotation ₹ was left after advance. We paid it in the reception while checkin and confirmed the same. After 1 day they are telling quotation is wrong and I have to pay extra ₹500. Waiter is standing at the door like we have stolen some money not giving back at night 10 PM When we asked why we have to pay as already payment was done and after 1 and half day how they can say billing was incorrect. Because same amount has been quoted/billed and no other amount/extra amount is discussed. They are like we have to pay. We told them we didn’t ask question/created issues, as the cake MRP was something but charged 1000 saying delivery fee and a single candle. We wanted a good experience for family and but they have mis managed.
