Great service. Room cleaned every day. Complimentary bottle of water and very attentive staff. Attractions were 15 minutes from the hotel or less.

I came here for the Udine far east film festival. The hotel is around 1km from train station and 2km from teatro nurvo. Which is quite easy to get on foot. The hotel have breakfast provided with boiled eggs and fruits and cornflakes corrisant. ..for the price I paid I'm satisfied. I recommend the gelato shop next to hotel and there is a coin laundry conveniently located next to hotel. Generally speaking the hotel staff are nice.

Das Hotel liegt am Rand der Altstadt von Udine, die man nach 10 Minuten erreicht. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, die notwendig sind. Unser Zimmer leider hatte einen Dachbalken, bei dem man aufpassen musste, dass man sich den Kopf nicht stößt. Das Frühstück wird in der Lobby serviert und bei gutem Wetter, kann man es auch auf einer Terrasse zu sich nehmen. Das Auto kann man auf einem Parkplatz seitlich am Hotel abstellen.

Hotel in posizione comoda a 300 metri dal centro . Personale cordiale e disponibile. Camere sufficientemente spaziose e ben climatizzate. Parcheggio interno e chiuso . Colazione adeguata alle esigenze italiane. Ideale per visitare Udine.

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang als Ersteindruck, sofort alles Zahlen, keine Erklärung zu Zimmerzugang Parkplatz etc. Während meines Aufenthaltes fiel die Heizung ständig aus und im Zimmer war es sehr kalt.
Wenn ich dann am vierten Tag zum Frühstück von derselben Person zum 4.mal in barschem Ton nach der Zimmernummer gefragt werde, zweifle ich dann schon an der Kompetenz derjenigen Person. Im übrigen durfte ich dann als Dank für all die Unannehmlichkeiten zu einem teureren Preis noch 2 Tage verlängern.
