房間整體不錯，是去參加馬拉松去的，前台人員服務挺好。
整體意大利早餐都很一般，衹有幾個麪包可選，整體還算不錯。

Hotel in palazzo storico in pieno centro. E le due stelle si limitano a questo. Una volta entrato in stanza pensavo mi stessero facendo uno scherzo: mai vista una simile decadenza, il peggior 4stelle mai visitato. Mobilia datata, vecchia, sembrava tarlata. Letto scomodissimo, bagno sporco e doccia scomoda con rubinetteria da sostituire. Mi domando come sia stato possibile vedere tante recensioni così positive. Mai più. Sconsigliato a meno che non siate amanti di un decadente ritorno al passato

Albergo storico centralissimo UNICO PLUS ma datato sia nell’arredamento che nella struttura. Ci è assegnata una camera che doveva essere usata anche come comunicante tanto è che si sentiva davvero tutto forse anche troppo!!! Il vero problema è la doccia alla quale mancava l’anta per chiuderla, pertanto scomoda e soprattutto ogni volta che la si utilizza si allaga il bagno. Ho fatto presente al personale la difficoltà, e invece di comprendere che non si può consegnare una camera in quelle condizioni mi si dice che è normale… dopo un diverbio con il direttore risentito che faceva finta di non capire la situazione ( quindi non capriccio ma vera e propria difficoltà) solo dopo aver fatto vedere una foto della doccia Mi si offre una nuova camera, dopo esser stata trattata come una persona che non capisce, ma non ho accettato né la camera e né posso accettare un comportamento simile in un albergo che dovrebbe offrire còmfort e disponibilità verso il cliente, tre notti 551 euro
