The most comfortable area in Udaipur is undoubtedly around Lake Pichola. I chose the most beautiful hotel with lake view from the website. It arrived at 5pm. The waiter led me across the courtyard to the room. This white hotel and beautiful decoration everywhere made me overjoyed. But the bigger surprise is still behind. The roof of the hotel is a huge platform with a swimming pool, a tea table and a dining table. Looking out is a beautiful lake view, and my room is arranged on the top floor, which means that I It is very convenient to enjoy the most beautiful scenery of Udaipur.         This Jagat Niwas Palace Hotel is also transformed from Haveli. It is white and white, which highlights the characteristics of White City. Many palaces and houses in the lake are also painted white, although they are not so unified. . Against the backdrop of Yingying Bibo, the freshness and romance of Baicheng suddenly emanated.         The colors of the evening, the scenery of the lakeside, and the freshness of the hotel swept away the impression of ”dirty mess” in India for the past few days. I didn't step out of the hotel's door until check out the next day, just sitting On the cushions by the window, eating dinner and breakfast in a daze against the beautiful lake view, then wandering around in a hotel that is not too big to see the carved wooden furniture and the beautiful decorations in the niches. This trip suddenly switched to vacation mode, and the charm of Baicheng is actually in this slowly passing away time.

I was travelling with my wife on the occasion of our first year anniversary. It was a great experience staying at Moustache Luxuria Udaipur. A very special mention for Pawan Rao. He was absolutely fantastic in hospitality. He also made arrangements for a beautiful Rajasthani folk dance show which is a must watch. We arrived at the venue and upon realising it’s our anniversary, Pawan arranged for a great complimentary dinner on the terrace with a lake view which was very good. Additionally, he was a great help in arranging a special surprise for us in the evening with a cake and a very romantic decoration with rose petals and candles. Following morning the breakfast was also very delicious. All in all a great experience and thank you so much Pawan for your hospitality. I highly recommend this place and reach out to Pawan Rao if you are at the venue. Very nice and warm person.

I was checked in room no.117 on 29 December for a day's stay. I have only one grievance about this hotel which is regarding a warm water bath in December cold. I waited for warm water in the bath room as the tap kept open for 10 minutes around 6 'o' clock on 29th morning. Then called the front desk for help. He said they have switched on the system and hot water will be available within 5 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes. When I picked up the phone again , he asked me to keep the tap open for another five minutes. This was successful. But water was not falling properly through the shower. shower holes were filled with mud. I cursed the hotel. A horrible experience in a wellnown hotel because of the poor maintannce. Room temperature also was erratic. Room and both room wwere not properly lighted. A wonderul property spoiled by poor maintanance. One compement for the hotel- Good breakfast.

Initially, I had booked Moustache after hearing a lot about their properties in Jodhpur, Jaisalmer & Jaipur. However, the one in Udaipur, has been the worst experience ever. We had booked two beds for 2 nights in a 6-bed mix dorm, however the crowd was alright, but the services were way below average. Thankfully, we were carrying disinfectants otherwise, I am sure we would have gotten infection from the dirty toilets which were smelling like open sewage tanks. Also, the moment we had checked in the toilet was already dirty, for which we requested re-cleaning, however the housekeeping staff just wiped the floor and left and did not even bothered to clean the washroom. Although, that being said, the rooftop view of the hostel is really great, but the seating areas of the rooftop restaurant is quite unclean as well, the lighting etc. of the restaurant as shown in the pictures did also not match, since most of the lights were not working. Overall, I had a terrible experience staying there, thankfully the next two days, I shifted to another hostel.

The stay was wonderful. Hotel is pretty neat and clean and the restaurant offers a wide range of food ( veg only. The bar is also at the roof top offering a scenic view of the city. The staff at the restaurant (especially chanda) was very helpful as she took great care of our baby while doing her duties so that we could have our lunch properly. Overall a pleasant stay. Would like to come again with family.

Great price/quality. + The rooftop bar and restaurant are so beautiful. + The breakfast selection is quite extensive and they make lattes on request. Among the better ones we've had in India. + The location is great, right where you want to be with some pretty good food options close by. +/- The rooms are pretty cool but a bit rundown. +/- The food, trips, and pick up service are more expensive than alternatives in the area.
