GGuest UserBeautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location was near the lake Pichola. The staffs were cooperative and polite. They provided an extra bed for the kid. but one thing I want to say is that when I asked for bathroom sleepers they denied . and I asked for fruits in breakfast which is quite frequent and normal in meals but it was also available in all three days of our stay.
