Fiz uma reserva no Itamambuca Eco Resort e, por um erro, marquei a data errada. No entanto, quando percebi e tentei corrigir, já era tarde. O pior foi que, além do erro, não pude viajar por questões de força maior (meu filho com pneumonia e minha sogra com um AVC). Mesmo com uma justificativa razoável, o hotel se recusou a oferecer qualquer tipo de solução, nem um crédito ou remarcação. Fiquei extremamente decepcionado com a falta de flexibilidade e empatia da administração. Antes de reservar, recomendo verificar a rigidez da política do hotel, pois imprevistos acontecem, e eles não demonstraram qualquer consideração pelo cliente.

Alugamos 3 quartos, todos tiveram problemas com a água, ou nos chuveiros ou nos vazos sanitários, uma pessoa da manutenção, nos disse que "é assim mesmo". Fora isso, o hotel é simples mas agradável, o café da manhã é razoável, tem o básico. O restaurante é ok, as atendentes bem atenciosas, embora falte treinamento. O hotel tem uma cafeteria mas a atendente não sabia preparar as bebidas, apenas o expresso da máquina. O hotel não tem acesso direto à praia, é necessário atravessar um pequeno rio (poluído) em uma balsa manual, bem simples e rápido, mas só funciona até às 18h, passando desse horário, ou se atravessa com água na cintura pelo rio impróprio, ou de carro com uma volta muito longa e diculdade para estacionar no condomínio. Em frente ao rio, no acesso à balsa, tem um deck com um bar, o lugar é agradável, mas os drinks não são bons. Por fim, a carta de vinho é fraca.

O Eco Resort Itamambuca é um hotel muito especial , pois está construído no meio da mata atlântica. Rodeado de áreas preservadas , onde se pode ver verias espécies de passarinhos e carangueijos , inclusive o raro carangueijo azul Guaiamum A área do resort é dividida em ruas , dando uma impressão que é uma pequena vila (não deixe de caminhar pela “vila” a noite ) Tem piscina , quadra de tênis , brinquedoteca , uma trilha suspensa em um bosque para ver carangueijo entre outros Não é tão barato , mas vale a pena viver essa experiência E a praia (tem que caminhar uns 500 metros do resort até a praia , ou pode ir de carro até mais perto ) tem um especial encontro do rio com o mar É muito bom sair do mar salgado e entrar no rio doce sem tirar o pé da água Uma sensação muito especial Vale a pena conhecer esse resort

Excelente final de semana
Bangalo muito confortável, cama grande, bons travesseiros, banheiro muito bom, ar condicionado muito bom, itens de higiene excelentes (xampu, condicionador, sabonete liquido). Café da manhã excelente, incluindo omeletes e tapioca feitos na hora. Serviços de praia e piscina muito bons. Unico senão foi a falta de blecaute para escurecer um pouco mais o quarto, pois assim que o sol nascia entrava bastante luminosidade.

LINDA EXPERIÊNCIA COM BEIJA FLORES.
Improvável que exista um chefe no restaurante, cardápio muito amplo. Montagem dos pratos com produtos pré preparados. Falta de padrão nos produtos que compoem os pratos e falta da padrao na montagem dos pratos, falta do devido trabalho definido pelo verbo cozinhar. O perdoável de toda essa situaçao é o conhecimento sobre o turismo de massa e seus estragos na cultura culinária local.
