Assigned ground floor room. Beside pedestrian, many people walked by and car driving through, very noisy. Water drop from the bathroom roof lamp when bathing. Terrible and afraid of getting electric shock. Although I reserved 3 nights, I quit after a night stayed there. Very bad experience.

The overall is ok, but the network has to be purchased by yourself. After buying it, you can't log in. You have to call and log in again every day.

Really great service, very happy that we could book and get a place to stay at extremely short notice. Especially after the last hotel we booked at closed without letting us know. Staff are really nice, friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Lots of outside noise from road, rail and being near flight path. Even being on a high floor the noise was bad. Never slept much at all. Work also being carried out to building when we were visiting so unable to rest during day due to this. Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend this hotel.

Centrally located hotel, great for train station and rugby stadium. We stayed here for the night to travel to an event in the city. The hotel is right next door to the station. We parked in nearby Waitrose, but there is some parking at the hotel ( couldn't actually find any directions for this!) The fast train was 15 minutes into Waterloo, and it was very convenient. The room was comfortable, with a decent bathroom, tv, and kettle. We arrived back after midnight and rang the bell for entry. The security guard on duty did knock on someone's door, so good to know any noise or bad behaviour would not be tolerated. Breakfast was plentiful and good value for money. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around as well as a 10 minute walk to the rugby stadium. We have stayed before and will stay again.

We are very pleased with our stay at the hotel! the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast are really tasty, and everything is at a reasonable price :-) What’simportant the hotel is located very close to the station, but the rooms were quiet We hope to visit you again soon! The location is very convenient if you are attending a match but that is really all it has going for it.

I use the Twickenham Travelodge as a base for short business visits to London where I don’t need to be resident in town. It’s such an easy rail commute. The prices are half of central London and Twickenham is a lovely area.

The hotel had scaffolding on its facade at the entrance. It was raining heavily and there is no parking for the hotel. Access is down a flight of stairs with no disabled ramp. There is a key operated disabled lift but rather than sand out in heavy rain had to negotiate the stairs and large puddle at foot of stairs. On arrival Superior Disabled twin on top 2 floors unavailable as all power to those floors was off. Given temporary room and had to move again at midnight once returned from a show in the city. Twin mattress in Superior room only 2'6" wide, not adequate for a 6'4" disabled male, and so low to the floor it was a real struggle to get up. Not a single chair in this room so disinclined to sit on the bed. Mattresses so firm we could not sleep. Wife has chronic back complaint. Tried to move to superior king size bed but just the same. No resolution available such as topper for beds or softer pillows, so chose to leave after one night of a three night stay. At least we could park free in the multi storey car park 100 yards away with a blue badge.

This hotel is perfectly located for the teain station and for a walk to Twickenham stadium. The rooms are small and very compact, but the hotel is clearly very well managed and the service is excellent. I checked out in a hurry to catch a train and left my phone in the room and when I returned they escorted me there and couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Staying about every week now as on business in twickenham. Always book a room and the dinner and breakfast. They got a new waiter called Sunny. Friendly and polite. Very helpful, so that makes things a lot nicer. The rooms are decent and given its next to the station, quiet enough. Very handy for the stadium too, so definitely one for match days.
