Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room had a great view and the beach was a stone's throw away, although the trek from the lobby to my room took a while.

the light on the ceiling was old and dim, the air conditioner didn't have the heat function, the quilt was just a piece of sheet, the front desk wasn't professional and they were cold face. Even the WiFi in the hotel wasn't for free unless you have the membership, it seems like the hotel was trying to make things difficult to customers. The hotel didn't create a sense that customers were welcomed. 麻烦雅高和隔壁希尔顿学学什么是客户体验。连个WIFI都要注册不然大几十刀的收费，完全感觉不到宾至如归

Spacious room comfortable bed including breakfast made it a great value for money. Full buffet style breakfast , staff friendly and cheerful ,first choice for staying in Coolangatta in the future. Staff were helpful during the transition from Mantra to Sebel when we added an extra night to our stay.

Good Place to stay in coolangatta

Very satisfied, close to the beach and next to the restaurant. The family lives in one bedroom and one living room, so ask the front desk for an extra blanket, and one person sleeps on the sofa in the living room, which is affordable.

The hotel is very old. And Ctrip’s photos are different! The room photos are different!

A hotel that straddles two time zones is very interesting. The front desk service is great~
