After two hour transfer at night we went to sleep straight away. Woke up to absolutely stunning views! Lovely room with all you need. We have booked All Inclusive, however found ourselves eating out in many restaurants on the *****. Each one of them were amazing. The little town few minutes walk away from the hotel is really nice with many shops. Everyone were very friendly. One restaurant owner gave us some pomegranates straight from the tree. Got loads of presents for the family for very reasonable prices. Food at the hotel is nice and plenty of seating space. Clean throughout. Pool was good as well as children’s pool with slides. Beach was great. Clear water. Children and I enjoyed snorkelling. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully will come back soon. And this time will book a private transfer.

Впервые были в этой части Турции. Поэтому отзыв будет общий - и на отель, и на регион. Даты отдыха 9.10-16.10.2024 Отель отличный. Достаточно свежий. Да, местами какие-то моментики в качестве ремонта есть. Но! Если не придираться - всё устроило. Размер номера, его наполнение и оснащение - всё ок. Уборка каждый день. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Также выдали карточки на полотенца на пляж. Выдают их в спа-зоне. Спа, кстати, неплохой. Ходили в общую зону, программы брать не стали Номер покупали с боковым частичным видом на море. Который дали - полное разочарование, на втором этаже, не в сторону бассейна, а в сторону горы и на шумящее оборудование. Море видно, если высунуться целиком через балкон. Сразу ушли из него. На ресепшен я уговорила на замену номера, ссылаясь на свой др, который был в даты отдыха (в день др, кстати, в номере меня ждала тарелка фруктов и бутылка вина). Нам пошли навстречу и дали уже нормальный номер тоже с частичным видом, но при этом уже на третьем этаже и в сторону бассейна - идеальное комбо - вид и на море, и на горы, и на город. При этом не рядом с зоной барбекю, поэтому не было запаха еды Про еду - достаточно всего вполне. Выбор всегда был. Количество еды давало возможность сбалансировано питаться - и взрослым, и ребёнку 6 лет. Много разных основных блюд. Гарниры - и чистые, и с соусами. Курица на гриле была всегда хорошо приготовлена - не сухая, не острая, но при этом пикантная. Рыба норм. Другое мясо не едим. Сыры ок. Фрукты норм, но без экзотики. Овощи приемлемо. Ну и куча закусок и тд. Сладости ела в основном только именно местные, вкусно. Разноцветные пирожные - не моя тема)) Единственный нюанс - посуда попадалась плохо промытая, без скрипа с очевидными жирными следами, тарелки и стаканы приходилось выбирать. И это заметили многие туристы, не только мы. Замечание сделали отельному представителю, обещали исправить Воды питьевой достаточное количество (и в номер приносили, и везде холодильники с водой в упаковке). А вот в номере вода из крана почему-то солёная… поэтому зубы чистили питьевой Персонал отеля приятный и ненавязчивый. При этом англо-говорящий. По-русски не очень и мало кто говорил. Но с базовыми знаниями английского и навыками игры в крокодил - прекрасно понимали друг друга)) Каждый вечер был досуг - живая музыка на ужине, а после него - разные выступления - танцы, песни, акробаты, детское диско и тд. Порадовало наличие площадки, детской игровой и бассейна с горками. Небольшие - но всё же) Бассейн взрослый хороший. Но мы приезжаем ради моря, в бассейне разово поплавали. А вот море - это полный восторг. Чистейшая, прозрачная водичка, мелкий камушек и песок, достаточно широкая линия пляжа, чисто, всегда в любое время дня были свободные шезлонги. Контингент отдыхающих людей тут осознанный - никто просто так не занимал шезлонги. И в остальном тоже отметили адекватное поведение людей)) Тут больше европейцев и нормальных русских. Отель и регион - не про безудержное веселье и тусы - а про спокойный отд

Ein großes Lob! Ich habe das Turunc Premium spontan für 5 Tage gebucht und werde definitiv wieder kommen. Habe mich total wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, insbesondere was den Getränkeservice betraf. Beim Essen ist das flambierte Omelett von der türkischen Köchin zum Frühstück und das Entrecôte beim Abendessen besonders zu erwähnen. Ganz besonderen Dank für den Mullet Wine Abend.

What can I say the best hotel for staff and cleanliness sea view room my husband really enjoyed all the food there was always plenty of choice and variety I am more of a fussy eater but I always found plenty to eat the staff couldn't do enough for you and when I got bit on a vein in the sea the doctor was waiting for me in reception the lifeguard sorted it until I got to reception the customer relations lady was wonderful and so was the doctor he managed to stop it bleeding before the ambulance came and I received a bowl of fruit and a get well wish in fact it was so good we are going back next year and Turunc is beautiful as its always been

Hier is je korte review in het Nederlands: --- Onze vakantie in Turkije was onvergetelijk. We genoten van een perfecte mix van ontspanning en avontuur, van luieren op prachtige stranden tot het verkennen van oude ruïnes en levendige bazaars. De Turkse gastvrijheid was geweldig, en elke maaltijd was een traktatie vol traditionele Turkse smaken. Een speciaal hoogtepunt was het entertainment van Iklim, die met haar energie en humor elke avond onvergetelijk maakte en iedereen vermaakte. Kortom, Turkije overtrof al onze verwachtingen. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te gaan!

Travelled to this hotel as part of a group of 13 people, a mix of adults and children. Positives * Clean hotel and spotless area around the pool and bars. Staff always cleaning. * lovely pool but cold, plenty of sunbeds, and we didn't need to rush to get beds. * Food was very good, something for everyone. * pool towels could be changed daily. *beautiful sunrise from balcony well worth upgrading to sea view. *jetty on the pier, it's lovely to relax on, but you need to get up early to get beds. *All staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant and the omelette man. *air-conditioning was good in the room. * The animation team was really good, especially the dark-haired lady. She remembered people's names when getting them involved. * The hotel is in such a good position right next to the shops, bars, and restaurants. *lots of great seating areas to chill and have a drink. * The 3 musicians in the evening performing while we had our food were so good. Negatives *bed sheet was thin and rough like a old towel * The selection of drinks was terrible. no pink gin, proseco, dark rum, or malibu, definitely not 5* Bars ran out of certain drinks and was never stocked back up. This left us drinking the same drinks all the time. Cocktails were hit, and miss depends on who made them. The lobby bar was the worst. I've never seen such a low stocked bar. *3 people in our room but only ever left 2 towels for showers, was eventually resolved by guests relation lady.
