對這次入住非常不滿意，房間打掃不乾淨，首頁上面有大泳池，本來他們就是奔着泳池去的，結果沒水，是乾的，訂酒店上面寫的有歡迎水果，我還用積分又換了一份歡迎水果最後我們去了也沒有給我們上，這個價格與價值完全不符，離城特別遠，如果要去城裡吃飯得開好一會的車，實話實説去坎兒井、葡萄溝那些還是比較近的，但是你399的價格，裏面的裝修以及那些衞浴用品讓我很不爽，兩個牙刷其中一個牙刷是拆開的，甚至都沒有牙膏了，我嚴重懷疑是上一個顧客用過以後裝回去他們收拾衞生的阿姨直接就放那了，熱水我是更不想説，我放了好久才出熱水，而且水壓不夠，你別看我圖片水還挺大，一拿高一點水就小了，洗漱台下麪都是壞的拿透明膠帶粘起來的，吐魯番一個讓我非常失望的城市，這個酒店加深了我對他的失望程度，有圖有真相，我從不亂説！

去的時候有點晚，入口有點不明顯。設施挺好的，就是沒怎麼維護，泳池遊不了，掃了孩子們的興，地理位置原因很多風沙，窗户都看不太清。早餐都是涼菜，吃得不舒服，建議上點粥食或者豆漿類。
