Warm welcome of desk staffs and English speaker...so no language barrier. Good breakfast, clean and nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Still figuring how trip.com could give me a better quote than IHG for being a member.

Sagging mattress, uncomfortable
Uncomfortable wool pillows
We didn't sleep well
Not worth the price paid
Terrible breakfast
Parking being limited to the capacity of customers, should be booked before arrival, however this information was communicated to us at check in causing us serious inconvenience considering the central location of the hotel and especially our late arrival time at the hotel which forced us to have to wander around for a long time at night looking for a parking space

I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

Very close to the subway station. Although it is close to the train station, the road is safe. It is also convenient to catch the train. It takes 15 minutes to walk. The hotel is relatively new, the elevator is small, the room is large, and there is a coffee machine. The front desk service attitude is good.

Excellent service from the team which kept us updated via WhatsApp. The apartment was huge, for the same price of hotel. Excellent location, near the shopping district and train station.

Very Good
GGuest UserSelf-driving France, Italy, Switzerland, 15 days, hotel, the most cost-effective, the only point of public transportation is a few hundred meters away. Others are perfect. Generally, they only want to comment. They are not for the points. They just think that the price is the best. The room is very big. The opposite of the supermarket. No noisy, no noise, very quiet.
XXIAMGYULVCHENGThis hotel is relatively cheap in Turin, near the main train station, a little way from the palace and Juventus Stadium, and not very convenient to Chinese restaurants.
ММаксимA good hotel near the center, second line from the river, next to the park. Rooms are spacious, high ceilings, comfortable bed, good sauna. Breakfast is good in Italian (except that fruit and vegetables are a little small). The area is full of bars, cafes and restaurants. There is a paid indoor parking that you need to book in advance. Parking is located a little far away (go 15 minutes fast, but it is such an area - there is also a ZTL restriction on the morning travel works, so be careful) and the road to the parking is not the most obvious, especially at the end, Especially if the repairs on the streets. In general, it is definitely recommended.
FFracassoGood clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff, except those at breakfast who are a little snobby and give the impression that we are disturbing,
People at the reception very proffessional and kind, thank you.
A little far from the center... but we had a vehicle
GGuest UserWell what can I say. It's supposed to be the 4 star hotel. the location is great. The staff working there work very hard and are polite. Breakfast is really good. However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. Other than that I liked this hotel but I don't give them 4 stats.
GGuest UserBack to Turin, I booked this hotel randomly and was very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is super high, much better than expected. The location is safe and secure. It is between the Conservatory of Music and the Academy of Fine Arts. It is within walking distance of Via Roma and other places. The hotel is very new. I booked a balcony room. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and chat on vacation.
SshangdsGood location, not far from the train station, it is more convenient to eat next to it. Newer hotel, gym is average, but there is a large commercial gym next to it. Breakfast is relatively simple, cold meals are mainly, no vegetables, but the bread is delicious and the fruit is delicious.
CCheThe room was large and clean. It is convenient because it is close to Voltanuvo station or it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace. There were many kinds of breakfast and few raw vegetables, but many of the Torino specialties were good.
Wi Fi radio waves were weak and I couldn't see videos.
GGuest UserVery good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.
GGuest UserThe room was very good, the living was comfortable and the service was very good. The environment is good, the price is very high, and the family is the first time to come to Italy, I feel like the humanities and scenery here, in short, it exceeds expectations.
