The hotel is close to the railway station and the metro station, and transportation is quite convenient. The actual room is different from the photos. The room is not as big as the pictures. The overall feeling of the room is similar to that of Home Inn and Hanting. It is the old Hanting and Home Inn without upgrading. The hotel breakfast starts at 7 o'clock and you can eat enough.
The disadvantage is that the window screen of the room is damaged, and a large number of mosquitoes come in every day. I have been killing mosquitoes for three consecutive nights. When cleaning the room on the fourth day, the cleaner saw that the walls were full of mosquito corpses and took the initiative to bring mosquito removal equipment, which is a good point.

Best point is the friendly reception manager always available to help. Location is good, near train station and avenue Bourguiba. Medina main gate is 15/20 minutes walk. However at night the area is not that nice as there is nothing to do, badly-rated restaurants, and quite dark.
The bad part is that the hotel is very noisy as the doors and walls are very thin so I could hear everything from the corridor and other rooms. The elevator makes a very loud bell noise every time it opens and it is so annoying. The cleaning staff woke me up at 8:30am to ask me when they can clean the room. ATTENTION: loud mosque nearby will wake you up at 4am every night with call to prayer. Breakfast not that good.

I think the location is excellent; close to the medina, very close to the train station and a walk to the tram for Carthage.
My room was great; very comfy firm bed, big, clean and could use the air conditioner to warm up the room if needed.
The staff were nice especially the cleaning staff and the receptionist who checked me in; she was very friendly.
The breakfast was just OK; salad (and other items) were not fresh on 3 of my 4 days. That was the only real negative, along with there being a few mosquitos in my room that I managed to catch after they bit me during the night.
Overall, I recommend the hotel, and was pretty good value for money.

There were bed bugs and I was bitten by many things. They still hadn't healed after a week. The front desk just said "Sorry" when they saw it. Ctrip refunded the room fee and I didn't want to pursue medical expenses. Everyone, beware of this place!
