I didn't see an option to leave a message for just the location, so I'm afraid I must post my issues here. I'll start by saying that the gentleman on midshift was absolutely great. He gave information on the area, suggested a nice place to get a view and food suggestions. He is the only reason why I am giving this 2 stars, otherwise it would've been 1. I think his name was Conner or Tanner, my apologies, but he was great. Now for the bad. Our original reservation was for 4 nights, but we decided to leave after the first night.. #102 is a handicap suite I believe. The toilet overflowed every time it was flushed with even the smallest bit of toilet paper, as in just for when women wipe to pee. We had to plunge it 4 times and it ran all night long. Wallpaper in the living ream area is peeling and spackle for drywall is peeling in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. The phone didn't work near the beds, so I had to use the phone next to the toilet to even get a plunger or ask any questions. There is a slight slope from the shower, as it is handicap accessible that doesn't have any sort of anti-slip on it and there was a slip, thankfully no fall, but it could've been bad. There is mold showing near the shower, behind the curtains as well. Keep in mind this is a HANDICAP accessible room. As someone who's worked in hospitality and hotels for quite a long time this room needs to be put OOO and fixed before renting it again, please. Due to COVID no breakfast, that's fine and I was unable to address these issues due to time constraints. Other smaller issues were people outside in the parking lot being loud and stomping above, but these are other guest issues and they stopped after a bit. But the room issues really do need to be addressed. I hope this is just a bad visit for me, because I did choose this location based upon the reviews on the Choice website.
