La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tumwater - Olympia

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, TV with sleep timer and complimentary breakfast. It checked all the boxes.

Great facility - very nice employees - but it is now in need of some remodeling as the rooms are looking dated. Also, if you stay in an odd numbered room, you are right across the street from the I5 interstate. If you are a light sleeper, you will not get any sleep. Hotel needs to invest on thicker windows and more wall insulation on that side. Breakfast, pool and exercise room are good.

They have great laundry facilities, but price is too high and fitness equipment doesn’t work. Also, not very clean.

Large room with everything we needed. Nice to have the free breakfast with hot and cold options. Our only complaint is that the king bed was very hard. It needed to be replaced. Because of the bed we probably wouldn’t stay here again. Sleep is so important.

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel looks great. The room was exactly what we needed and while it shared a wall with the stairwell, it was still pretty quiet. Also, I love those waffles at breakfast.

Menu never offered past offerings, eg bacon. Sausage was very greasy. Waffle batter had no cup to pour onto iron. Bagels were hard and stale. Very disappointing. When I arrived, there were many crumbs on carpet, dirty shirt left in drawer from previous occupant. I stayed 7 days. Room serviced 2 times.
