Trop proche d’une route internationale, hotel ayant des prestations allechantes mais non tenues. Chambre sans climatisation ce qui nous a obligés à ouvrir les fenêtres. La route proche avec le passage des camions ne nous a pas aider à apprécier la literie. Petit déjeuner quelconque et nous avons été surpris de nous voir refuser le fait de prendre cette collation dans le patio. Pour avoir demander un petit dejeuner à emporter nous nous sommes vus attribué un café et un croissant, pas d’eau, ni jus de fruit, ni autre proposition. Seule la wifi est gratuite, le sourire est rare.

Hôtel placé à côté d’un axe routier important mal insonorisé. La chambre sans climatisation oblige à ouvrir les fenêtres là nuit. Pas de télévision ni de mini bar dans la chambre. L’équipement sanitaire a été installé par un bricoleur débutant. Seul le wifi est gratuit. La décoration des parties communes est agréable. La chambre est simple murs blancs chaulés. La literie est acceptable. Nous avions demandé un grand lit et ne souhaitant pas être à l’étage nous nous sommes retrouvés en chambre double. Le sol est a restaurer pour certaines dalles. Le jardin est entretenu et bien arboré mais y prendre son petit déjeuner fut compliqué. Notre expérience est pour le moins déçue.

Excelente lugar para almorzar. Nos atendió Brian super atento, Cortez y amigable. Nos atendió de maravillas coronados por la exquisita comida y la historia del lugar. Gracias Brian por hacernos sentir tan a gusto! Volveremos. La carta es variada con productos regionales y de estación!

There have been some less good reviews of this hotel recently so I was a bit concerned as to what we would find. The hotel itself looks old but was only built about 20 years ago and has 20 rooms. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and tiled floors and reasonably well equipped. There is no AC but it cools down quite well at night and you can open the windows. However the main road to Chile does run past the hotel and you can hear the trucks so you would not want to leave them open all night. The swimming pool and spa are across the lawn which is manicured by a llama. The pool is heated (covered at night) and was very pleasant even in the cool evening. The breakfast was pretty standard for Argentina but perfectly fine with plenty of fresh fruit. In fact they offer fruit for you to help yourself in reception. We didn’t eat in the evening though we did use the bar for playing games, it was rather dimly lit. There were no noisy children but some of the other guests were quite noisy in the evenings. There were tables outside as well. The hotel is in an amazing setting and to swim surrounded by the high rocks and gazing at a llama is quite an experience. The staff seemed very pleasant. It was a relaxing place to stay. Note there is no lift and quite a lot of stairs and steps so not ideal for the less mobile.

Estuvimos 2 noches. A destacar la atención en general, la ubicación, la decoración y el restaurante (almorzamos y cenamos ahí toda la estadía). El spa es un jacuzzi hay masajes y nada más. No es tan silencioso se escuchan ruidos de otras habitaciones y pasillo. Hubiese preferido que fuera solo adultos, ya que los niños y bebés llorando no eran tampoco nada silenciosos de hecho bastante molestos en general. El check out se demoró más de la cuenta porque me estaban por cobrar mal (de más ) y no podían ajustar su error. Desayuno demasiado básico para lo que vale. La pileta hermosa el entorno también , siempre chicos a los gritos allí. Y hay una llama atada en el patio me pareció re cruel.

Aunque no era la primera vez, en esta ocasión solo fuimos a comer. A pesar de que llegamos más tarde de lo previsto, nos atendieron sin problemas. Nos dieron a elegir y escogimos comer en el exterior, ya que hacía un día radiante. Situados en una mesa justo al lado de la piscina, nos sirvieron con premura y amabilidad. Comimos una ensalada y una cazuela de costillas de cabrito espectacular. Todo ello regado con un vino Malbec de 2019. Justo desde la puerta del hotel se puede observar la montaña de los siete colores, la principal atracción turística de la villa. Por tanto, una ubicación inmejorable para un establecimiento de categoría.
